Very well-maintained site. Really lovely lake. You are escorted to your pitch. We stayed with a lake view for one night. The price was fair, the sanitary facilities clean. The restaurant is excellent. Good fried potatoes. And yes—you can faintly hear the motorway in the background

Pleasant campsite. We were passing through for one night, with several motorhomes. We were able to park all together in a designated area facing the pond, where we could swim—perfect after 9 hours on the road. The only slight drawback is that the motorway is not far away.

Beautiful, spacious site, very friendly welcome; the owner personally showed me to my pitch. The lake is a highlight, great for swimming (of course, depending on the weather). You can faintly hear the motorway, possibly more loudly with winds from the south. €17 per night in July for one person and one motorhome, without electricity (€5), and without a shower token—I find that very fair! I will definitely come back.

We spent a very pleasant night at this campsite. Warm welcome, very beautiful setting with the lake. Impeccable facilities, large showers, large sinks... Large spaces for setting up your caravan. Close to the superb city of Bremen. We recommend this campsite

It is a very beautiful site, and the lake is fantastic. Very friendly welcome. We were escorted to our pitch, which not everyone does anymore, especially not in the rain. The showers are very small; your clothes quickly get wet because the partition is too short. Even the shelf sticks out above it. Yes, you should know about the motorway, but it did not bother us.

The lake is fantastic. The showers and toilets are modern and clean. If you come here, you should know that there is a motorway nearby. The price of €26 for two people in a motorhome, including showers, is perfectly reasonable.

Very noisy at night because of the proximity of the motorway and the constant noise. Airport nearby, with take-off at 6:40 a.m.! Showers quite far from the parking area.

Beautiful place, especially when the weather is suitable for swimming. However, the prices listed are no longer correct. We paid €10 for our camper (up to 8 metres), €12 for a longer one, and €7 per person. A shower costs €1 for one token (4 minutes). So we paid €30 for one night.

Nice and clean. Close to the autobahn, which can be heard and seen from the site.

Beautiful campsite, slightly outside Bremen. Showers clean and hot. Very nice swimming lake. Good restaurant. We will be back.

Campsite chosen thanks to the flattering reviews. Verdict: the sanitary facilities are a trek away, and there is a motorway in the background playing a “heavy lorry concert”. If you are looking for peace and quiet, keep moving… unless you enjoy counting lorries instead of sheep

We spent one night here while passing through and were taken to our pitch on arrival, with a great view of the lake! The sanitary facilities were clean, and 4 minutes of showering for €1 is fine. The food in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. We would be very happy to come back!

16-20 July 25, We are 2 Adults with adult son who is a wheelchair user. Campsite/facilities are well maintained and clean, very busy (not a negative). The toilet / shower room is keep locked and only for use by disabled persons. The room is large and can accommodate person with wheelchair and two carers if required. It’s within cycling distance from Bremen. Wheelchair Taxi €55 / each way to Bremen

€27 including electricity. We stayed there for one night and had a good stay. The lake is very beautiful. A shower token costs €1 for 4 minutes, which is a little inconvenient: as soon as you insert the coin from outside, it starts. You can hear the motorway at night. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Could only book for 2 nights; 1 night was not possible. On the way to another campsite, we were given a very warm welcome here

Nice campsite, beautiful lake. Great price for a campsite: €22 without electricity. A flat-rate electricity fee can be added for €5.

We were told very rudely here that they were “finished for the day”. The fact that we unfortunately could not arrive on time because of traffic jams did not interest the employee. We much prefer the campsites in Norway. We cannot recommend this place. Judging by the comments, we do not seem to be the first.

Beautiful crystal-clear lake. Nice restaurant. Clean sanitary facilities, children’s playground. 5 minutes from a petrol station and shopping centre, DIY store, Berger Camping, and even Media Markt. Three small camping barrels for hikers. Friendly operators.

Tidy campsite by a small lake. At night, you can hear the nearby motorway.

Very pretty lake, but the campsite is really too close to the motorway; the noise is incessant. In addition, the price has increased: €29 for a van with 2 people and 2 showers!!
