Ferry parking, vehicle restriction

The no-parking sign for vehicles over 1.5 tonnes at the entrance to the car park is off-putting.

Stayed here 2 days and 1 night, I asked 2 staff members & they both said it was fine. It's safe because there are always people around going to the ferry, fishing, etc. It's not too noisy. It can be windy, which is why I moved somewhere else for the 2nd night, when there was a big storm. Supermarket at 300m. I didn't find a water tap. Public toilets at the harbour.

Quiet and pleasant place to stop before starting the trip through the Peloponnese; we were alone and the night was very peaceful.

Beautiful spot with the view of the Rio-Anirrio bridge & castle. Some light traffic of fishermen in the evening and morning, otherwise a very quiet night with the sound of waves.

Great for taking the ferry. It costs 11 euros for large vehicles.

We spent one night here, with a beautiful view of the bridge and bay. It is quiet and peaceful; nobody disturbed us. The ferries depart from the western quay one day and from the eastern quay the next day… an interesting fact :) A free public toilet is available in the square at the entrance to the western ferry.

We had a look at this spot when we came back from Peloponnesos with the ferry. Very windy but we could sleep here if necessary. Price ferry for vw t4 was 6.5€.

Despite the off-putting car wreck, we slept here. The bridge is noisy. Otherwise, a good place to sleep.

Quiet night, very calm apart from the sound of cars on the bridge. Convenient for taking the ferry the next day across to Patras (crossing price €11 with a 6 m van) We ate that evening at Via Mare restaurant, a 10-minute walk away, open in early March, reasonably priced, very good, and with more than generous portions. Lovely staff too.

Unfortunately, no ferry was running—probably because of the pandemic. Some of the spaces are huge, especially the eastern landing area
