Charming, quiet place beside the Gartempe, grassy and flat, easy to access, with tables, children’s playground, clean toilets, pétanque court and a large sign on site indicating the many hiking routes ranging from 5 km to over 20 km. Many thanks to the municipality. We will come back.

An incredible place. Beside the Gartempe and its water lilies, there is a children’s playground, recycling bins, open and clean toilets, drinking water, tables and a pétanque court. You can park on level ground. Please do not take excessive amounts of water or leave waste behind. Respect the place, be discreet and share the space so that other places like this can continue to exist!

I confirm all the previous comments: clean toilets, quiet and well-maintained place. The playground is perfect if you have children.

Looked like a beautiful park up but as it was wet weather it was not suitable to park on the grass. Will come back in the summer.

We cannot get through with a motorhome because the branches are much too low. Otherwise, it is a lovely place that must be quiet in the evening.

Beautiful place, very peaceful. Plenty of room, no markings so please park considerately. We stayed 17/08 with two other vans, room for many more. Water tap but unclear if drinking water, we did not use. Please use the bins provided for your garbage. Would be happy to stay again. Thank you to the town for this area.
