A gravel parking area in the middle of nowhere. :-) We are here with a large motorhome, 8.60 m long and weighing 5.5 tonnes, and even that is manageable. The number of campers decreases every year. In addition, the place is extremely neglected, with lots of rubbish in the dunes (in the WWF reserve!). Parking for Scivu beach. Not completely level, but leveling blocks can be used. You can sleep here by paying €15 instead of €10. In the evening, when the parking area empties, you can eat outside with a table. No shade. Wonderful beach. Access involves a bit of gravel road but is manageable for any vehicle. To reach the beach, you have to descend a staircase, but it is worth it. No water or waste disposal. Rubbish bins available.✦Translating

I am Sardinian and we often go to Scivu for the weekend. However, the new parking management has inevitably driven campers away. In previous years, in the middle of July, there were 40–50 campers; now there are fewer than 10. The reason is the cost: €15 for the day and €15 for the night. If you arrive after 8 a.m., it costs €15 until 8 a.m. the following day. Twenty-four-hour rates for campers are recommended.✦Translating

We spent a quiet night here with a beautiful sunset. It is a gravel parking area where overnight stays are allowed. €16/24 hours, €8/day, €8/night. From 8:00 a.m. they immediately charge again! There is no water supply or electricity. There are two toilet huts; the key is available at the beach bar below. Extending the awning is forbidden. Tables and chairs are tolerated.✦Translating

Scivu is an extraordinary place that deserves to be visited several times in a lifetime. We came back this year, but now the night also costs €15. You have to enter after 8 p.m.; otherwise you pay €9, and at 8 in the morning they knock rudely for the other €15/day. The beach is fantastic. The parking area is the worst I have ever stayed at and the most expensive (€15). It is not level. At 8 a.m. the guard wakes you by knocking on the motorhome door so you will pay. The people managing it are very unpleasant. At Piscinas the system is better, so you can rest if you stay; the guards are more respectful, it is better monitored, and you pay less.✦Translating

Great beach! Really recommended, but the parking area is a car park without shade. No view of the beach, only of the sea. At €25, it is a bit steep. No shower or anything similar. I did not see any disposal facilities. Much too hot now in June.✦Translating

Beautiful sunset in an extremely peaceful atmosphere (only a few campers stayed overnight in mid-June). The parking area is gravel. Waste disposal is possible; the toilets were not yet open at that time. There were relatively few day visitors at the beach, which is reached via a long wooden staircase. I agree with all the positive comments. When approaching, note that coming from the south (Portixeddu), you drive about 6 km of gravel road over the mountain on Strada di Santa Giusta. With our 6.4 m panel van it was manageable, but somewhat adventurous. Alternatively, you can take the Strada Comunale from the north, which is much more relaxed. The journey is definitely worth it.✦Translating

Wonderful. Its beauty lies in its wild nature. During the day, crystal-clear sea and a very long beach; in the evening, a romantic sunset; and at night, an unparalleled starry sky. A pity that some people afraid of the dark leave their camper lights on, disturbing stargazing.✦Translating
