Unterriedstraße 43, 88499, Riedlingen
Been here?
New motorhome park near Riedlingen, with spacious pitches, electricity, water, grey and black water disposal, lighting, and video surveillance. It is beside the Danube Cycle Path, while the Donaustrand is 80m away rather than directly adjacent. A horse stable borders the site, and the nearby bypass can be audible; reports differ on whether horse smells and road noise are noticeable. The site includes a beer garden and has friendly operators.

Beautiful new motorhome site, very friendly operators. The horse arena next door was not disturbing, and we did not notice any of the alleged road noise either. We will return.
We came from the Schwarzachtalseen motorhome site in Ertingen. The Storchenfest site itself is nicely designed, but the Danube is quite a distance away. A horse stable is directly adjacent, which is a problem because of the smell and flies. The bypass road is also audible, hence only three stars. Thank you.
An absolute stroke of luck! Everything is just right here. The pitches are perfectly maintained, wonderfully quiet and offer everything a camper could wish for. The absolute highlight, however, is the cosy beer garden right at the site. After a long drive, there is nothing better than relaxing here with a cold drink and delicious food. We will definitely return.
Great site for the future. It is new and everything still has to settle in. If you are looking for security, this is exactly the right place. Everything is new and very modern. We were even allowed to empty our tanks although we were only passing through. The owner is extremely friendly.
I was there in person. Conclusion: “quiet location” is quite a claim. The southern bypass road runs very close by, so there is traffic noise. An existing horse stable borders the site. The Danube shore is 80 m away but does not adjoin the site. Review by Grassl: the menu listed sausage salad with farmhouse bread, but it was baguette. The boules-court photo with the owner in it must be intended to raise the rating....
We were not actually staying at the motorhome site, but we tried out the new boules court in the Storchengarten—it is great fun! Then we had a delicious sausage salad and finished with a fantastic sunset at the new Danube beach. Really well done!
Horse stable next door, bypass road in the background, not directly on the Danube. Shaded pitches are scarce. We drove on.
We stayed here for two nights and felt very comfortable. The operator was on site from time to time and offered advice and assistance. The services will be completed over the coming weeks. We did not notice any road noise or horse smells. We would definitely return.
It smells of horse manure, there is a much too loud road nearby, the walk to town is too long and there is no view as described. One hundred metres farther on there is a free site with all the advantages. Also far too expensive.
Unfortunately, the site is nowhere near as quiet as stated on the website. A busy road runs past; it is not only the main view from the pitch but also creates constant noise. The site is too expensive for the overall package!
Check-in was very complicated, and the operator—who arrived quickly—opened the exit barrier. What we found disturbing were the smell from the large horse stable, the noisy main road, check-in from noon and check-out by 11:30. Pitches cost €18/24/32 depending on the length of the motorhome. No cash payments. Only one waste-disposal point. You MUST book and pay online in advance on the website.
This is a new motorhome site opened in May 2026. There are 21 large, level gravel pitches; they can be booked in advance and you are issued a QR code for entry. Electricity, water and waste services are available—no toilets or showers, though hopefully they are planned. Easy walk to the town centre over the Danube bridge. A great stopover point.
