A spacious riverside parking area on the Danube, suitable for a quiet overnight stop and accessible to larger motorhomes. The river has passing barges and boats, while a nearby island offers walking, birds and relaxing surroundings; people visit during the day but campers are generally left undisturbed. Public toilets were reported open and clean a few minutes away toward the campsite.

Quiet night by the Danube, with barges and other boats passing by. We went down just a little farther than the parking area; it was perfect.
Nice parking, quiet
Nice quite place. Public toilets were open and clean a few minutes walk away in the direction of the campsite.

Very nice place next to the river. As others said, you could park anywhere nearby and spend the night, no body is bothered. People walk here during the day, but it is safe and family friendly. Lots od birds and the island is great for walking around and relaxing. City is fairly close.
Nice parking for one night or longer. Right by the river; we don’t know whether the market/toilets next door are still operating. Good stopover on the way to the Balkans. In the morning there were a few people with dogs, and at night one car drove around nearby. Despite the heavy rain, it was passable. Lots of space, even suitable for larger motorhomes.
We spent one night. In the evening there are a lot of people walking. Nobody bothered. I liked the place.
