A convenient paid motorhome area at an Esso station, suitable for an overnight stop or waiting for the ferry 1.1 km away. Parking costs 200 NOK, with electricity costing 50 NOK. Grey water emptying and fresh-water refilling are available, while other services include black-water disposal, showers and laundry. The station has a small grocery shop and snack bar, and the area is generally quiet at night.

We stayed for one night. After travelling from Moskenes to Bodø, with a six-hour wait because of a technical problem with the ferry, we stopped here. It is fine for one night while passing through because it is quiet. I find it a little expensive: NOK 200 plus NOK 50 for electricity. The bus stop is a four-minute walk away, or about 30 minutes on foot to town. Nearby, a three-minute walk away, there is a small KIVI supermarket; otherwise, go into the town centre. Bye.Translating
Not a scenic site at all but very convenient to stop the night before taking the ferry to Moskenes which is a minute's drive away. Clean toilets and one shower. The only thing is that the laundry facilities are in the shower room. It was very quiet at night time. There are waste facilities and you get a key from the service station for filling with drinking water. Within walking distance to town.
We used the opportunity to take a shower there. Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. We also filled up with fresh water. It was too expensive for us to sleep there. We politely asked about the water after taking a shower.Translating
Pleasant setting and very friendly, helpful staff.Translating
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m.Translating
Staying overnight is no longer free; it costs 200 kr. Waste disposal also costs 50 kr. The site is still okay for spending the night while waiting for the ferry. The petrol station staff are friendly. There are other nearby pitches with similar prices.Translating
Shower with hot water and very good pressure with no time limit. Washing machine—check the seals, as it is used to wash the service-station cleaning cloths; spin cycle 800 rpm max... a dryer that works very well; check the filter. Very friendly staff. €5 per service. Free water for the van; ask for the key at the cashier.Translating
We only used the services (shower, laundry, fresh water and wastewater). Everyone was very friendly and everything worked very well/easily.Translating
Arrived at 2 a.m. by ferry from Svolvaer, we appreciated this parking area. Everything was very good. Quiet. We paid 200 NOK in the morning at the station and used the services. Key for the services at the station.Translating
Used this esso station to do laundry. It was a life saver as there are no other laundry facilities anywhere near bodo other than campsites. 50 NOK for wash and 50 NOK for dryer. The wash cycle is 1.5hours and the dryer needs to be set to highest or else it will take 2 hours!!
We stopped to wash our motorhome and fill up with water. Eventually we saw that we could also do laundry and drying, and since the welcome was friendly, we ate on site too!! I really recommend it; it’s right next to the ferries…Translating
Very friendly and you can do everything here! Wash, dry, shower, fill water, inflate tires, wash the camper! Great!Translating
50 NOK to wash, 50 NOK to dry. Regardless of the program or duration, you pay at the cashier beforehand. Very friendly staff.Translating
Ok - not an interesting spot. Greywater and fresh water incl in the price and you can use the toilet at Esso.
Used the showers again here. Used it several times over the last 2 years. Hot enough to melt your skin off, and at around £3.5. An absolute bargain.
The washing machine only cleans moderately well: the normal program takes almost 3 hours, and the quick program 1:15 hours. The 30-minute program does not clean at all. Even after 1½ hours, the dryer had not come close to drying the laundry. Better avoid it if possible.Translating
The tire pump is useless; you can no longer see the pressure properly, so you have to guess more or less.Translating
Excellent fresh-water supply and disposal point (greywater drain and toilet disposal) right at the Esso station for 50 NOK. Very clean.... Keys are available at the station cashier.Translating
50 NOK to empty the grey and black water and refill with drinking water (different tap, beware). You have to ask the station for the keys for both, so only during the station’s opening hours. Clean and convenient. We did not use the showers, parking, or anything else...Translating
Perfect if you arrive from the ferry at night; it was full but we slept next to it. 200 NOK including grey- and black-water disposal.Translating
Practical for an overnight stay before the ferry. The toilet is closed when the station closes. 10 p.m. in the evening.Translating
We didn’t stay here because of noise but used laundry and shower. Laundry 50 NOK, drying 50 NOK and shower 50 NOK. If you want to park overnight then 200 NOK extra
We were only here to shower; it was clean and warm. It now costs 50 NOK per person.Translating
Very nice employee and clean sanitary facilities (note that they follow the station’s opening hours). We arrived at midnight by ferry from the Lofoten Islands. You simply pay at the station the next morning. We also washed and dried laundry here. Gladly again :) One star deducted because you cannot use the toilet at night.Translating
I confirm that drinking water is available and free. Ask for the key at the shop.... Great kindness.Translating
Great spot for us in the winter, water available and power we spent a few days resting here after storms. City is about 15 mins walk with nice bars and restaurants.
the shower was clean and it was nice, but after the room was 2 cm under water and there is no hole to clean it easy. that's why I used my towel to take the water away. the floor was dirty.
The price-performance ratio is not right. Yes, it was a hot shower for 40 NOK per person, but unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty. I did not dare step out of the shower barefoot. But after we could not find a paid shower anywhere on the Lofoten Islands, it was still quite pleasant.
Perfect for a hot shower! Very friendly staff.
