Bredons, 15300, Albepierre-Bredons
Been here?
Night parking is prohibited. Hilltop wild spot with 360-degree views of Murat and surrounding countryside. Access is difficult with a steep, narrow road through a hamlet. The final approach is very narrow, making it unsuitable for large campervans or motorhomes; small vans and cars only. The site can become untidy. A trash container is available. Beautiful sunrise views and hiking trails nearby.

Parking prohibited at night!
You can hear the noise of the town of Murat and lots of local traffic. The village crossing is very narrow.
I strongly advise against going up with vans and motorhomes. The final passage is very narrow, and the road up is difficult too; passing is impossible. Suitable only for vans or cars.
Fantastic location, cowbells, birds and a beautiful view. The path to the top is mown and easy to walk. The hamlet you drive through is just manageable for a larger motorhome.
Impossible to access. The slope is too steep and it is full of vegetation, both on the ground and in the branches blocking the way.
This was a lovely place to park for one night. Super quiet at the top of the hill. Only a few other vans there when we arrived after dark. We found it to be clean and pleasant. Sunrise was beautiful!
It helped us out for one night, but the place is quite popular and not very clean; there is dog mess everywhere! Very disappointed by some motorhome travellers who do not respect this place. I’m afraid that sooner or later this spot will be prohibited for motorhomes.
Very nice, quiet spot, peaceful night. There were three of us; you have to cross the village with its somewhat narrow streets to get there. Waste container on site. The view is magnificent if you walk up a little; hiking starts lower down in the village. The church is being renovated. Below, on the right side of the cemetery, there are toilets around a tree—sad!
Nice place, but not amazing either! The church is being renovated and you have to climb to the top of a mound to get a view over Murat! Otherwise, go to the cemetery! A GR trail connects the spot to Murat (Friday is market day)! There is talk of banning the spot!
Wonderful view! The church is evidently under construction at the moment, but there is still plenty of room to park without any problem. There are bins and mobile signal, in addition to the magnificent panorama.
Magnificent, peaceful spot with a beautiful view. Easy access with an 8-metre coachbuilt motorhome.
Perfect place, nature beside the church and cemetery.
Exceptional view, peace and greenery.
Super spot, magnificent view, quiet and peaceful. Spent the night without any problems. Very, very beautiful.
Extremely quiet because it is a dead-end road. 4G reception, very easy access; all motorhomes can get there (although it is somewhat steep—10%). Currently, construction work has greatly reduced the parking space. Thanks to the person who discovered and shared this place.
Slept very well. Fairly steep access, soft ground at this time of year. Few level spaces. Signal okay.
Even though the viewpoint is lovely, getting up there in a motorhome is not easy. There is construction work, so there is mud everywhere and the wheels slip… On the other hand, there is a beautiful water source.
Nice viewpoint, quiet, with several level areas.
Very quiet; this spot avoids hearing the train pass all night, unlike the village car parks. Level area with a beautiful panorama of the hill, right beside the parking area.
Hello. It was a good idea to consult Park4Night and your previous reviews to find a quiet place for lunch. It is a pleasant spot, far from the roads, and the short climb up the mound offers a view. Don’t hesitate to climb up—the effort is worth it. The parking area is level and clean. Have a safe journey, everyone.
Magnificent spot; be careful, the streets are narrow on the way in and it is uphill!
