This is a scenic riverside spot on the descent, with views of the water below. The descent can be challenging, but it is possible to stay halfway or continue toward the lake. Nights are very quiet, with no mosquitoes, although flies occur in hot weather. Some train noise is audible but not annoying.

Beautiful place. We stopped halfway and were told that we could go down to the lake; we spent a very peaceful night. There are no mosquitoes, but there are flies because of the heat. In truth, I recommend it.
