A very limited residential lay-by with views over Mevagissey Bay and the harbour, around 5 minutes from the harbour and a small beach. It is on a quiet road with a grass area and park outside the parking spot. The space is suitable only for vehicles no bigger than a VW, and the road is signed as unsuitable for motorhomes. Parking may be unwelcome.

There is limited space for no bigger than a VW. Residential area 5 min to the harbour and 5 mins to stunning little beach.
There is a bit of a slope but it’s a nice quite road with a nice view. Only small vans to come here as there is a sign as you turn into the road that says ‘not suitable for motor homes’
