Been here?
This is a small, level gravel parking area on the E10, with views over Hamnøy harbor and the sea. It is free, has no water, toilets or rubbish bins, and fills quickly, especially after ferries arrive. The rocks provide good fishing, and overnight stays have been reported without a prohibition sign. Parking can be difficult when the area is busy.

The last gap in the car park was filled (others could still leave the car park perfectly easily), but the parking options, especially after arriving by ferry, are a disaster. Take the first thing you see if you are staying near Reine. Had a good, quiet night.
Really excellent parking place! Free, level and with marvellous views!
Quiet place, few spaces, but a very beautiful view from the rocks. No bins.
Very nice car park, used to visit the island. Then, at any time after the ferries, people try to find a space. At midnight, without a care, they put out their leveling blocks and park right next to you even though it is prohibited. It is very difficult to park in this area. I don’t even want to think about it in high season. Good night, I hope it is for you too.
No prohibition on sleeping overnight!! No signs. A very nice place to sleep after the ferry.
Parked for the day for free to visit Hamnoy, very easy.
This is a small parking lot and in summer it fills up quickly with cars and vans so it is better to arrive early to get a place.
A pleasant place by the sea. No water or toilet. The area is small. Three campers and two minibuses stayed.
There is no sign prohibiting overnight stays here. However, a little respect is needed. There were eight of us on this area. Some people arrive and park so close that the doors cannot be opened. Others park on the roadside, where the bus-stop sign is. At this rate, tolerance will be abolished. This place is not suitable for more than four campers — safety and respect.
This is a passing and parking bay, not a campsite, even though that is often misunderstood. Local residents are already complaining; it is only a matter of time before a prohibition sign appears here.
We stayed there yesterday. Very beautiful, lots of traffic. Some campers wanted to stay there, but the site was full. The view is wonderful! Any time again!
Beautiful view and a quiet place at night.
We stopped here for a break and ended up staying overnight. No prohibition. One of the best fishing spots of our road trip. The proximity of the road did not bother us.
