Fantastic hospitality! More than a motorhome area, it is a campsite with bathrooms and showers (for a fee), and sinks for washing dishes. Each pitch has its own electricity hookup and water tap. The grey- and black-water disposal area is extremely well maintained. The village, which offers all services including ferries to Isola Maggiore and other destinations, is five minutes away on foot. The pitches are well separated by hedges. The only downside is that there is no hot water for washing dishes or clothes. It is very close to the railway and road, but quiet at night. The price is ridiculous; it is very noisy.

Well-maintained facilities (barbecue, clean sinks, etc.), but the pitches are tiny and the price is outrageous: €30 for a camper and two adults, plus €3 per child. The lake cannot be used: in front of the beach there is only mud for meters and meters. What a shame, because the grassy area with bar and parasols would otherwise be pleasant.

Effort has been made to improve the quality of the services (stone barbecue, clean sinks with washing-up liquid...), but the pitches are small, and the price!!! Camper + two adults = €30 + €3 per child! What’s more, the lake is completely unusable. It’s a shame, because there is a pleasant grassy beach with bars and parasols right next to it, but there is a thick layer of mud several meters before the water.

We stopped here for one night while passing through. The pitches are mostly shaded, and electricity and water are nearby. The staff are very committed and informative. Facilities are standard and clean, with everything needed for a stay. The village with its many restaurants is quickly reachable on foot. Some daytime traffic: the road and railway line run past the site. Lake access about 200 m away.

15/07/25. Excellent motorhome area; we spent one night, convenient for the ferry to Isola Maggiore. Friendly manager, good value for money: €25 per night. Check-out at 1 p.m., and each additional hour costs €1.50. Showers cost €1.

Excellent for visiting the lake. It is next to a bar that might play music in the evening, but obviously not every night, and by midnight all you could hear was the sound of cicadas. Tiny shop, with the option to order fresh bread for the morning. Children paid €2 extra each (in July, €25 for one camper with two people). Pitches separated, with water and electricity included.

Apart from the heat, it is a truly beautiful place and very convenient for us with two dogs. Friendly and cordial manager. Everything needed for a couple of relaxing days is available. Town center five minutes away on foot and a cycle path just outside. Normal price: €22 per night. Fresh bread available in the morning. We may return in a cooler season. The only downside is the road and railway passing right “above” the site, which somewhat disturbs the peace.

Great place for €22/24 hours; we spent two days here. Very friendly staff. The only disturbance was the adjacent railway line and road. However, it was quite quiet from 11 p.m. until early morning.

A really great place. Tip-top. €22 for 24 hours. We arrived at 6 p.m. and could stay until 6 p.m. the next day. Simply excellent.

What can I say? An excellent place to stay with a camper. The owner is very friendly; pitches are separated by hedges and shaded. €28 per day for two people and a camper. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and showers at €1 for 5 minutes. Very peaceful, close to Passignano. We will definitely return!!
