Right in the town. Has advantages and disadvantages. Bakery around the corner, various restaurants—what more could you want? Waste disposal, water and electricity, everything is excellent. Thanks to the municipality. I’m saving this place.

Absolutely a no-go! Road noise, uneven, and used by trucks. We drove on immediately.

Nice, quiet place to spend the night. €7 is very fair. Waste disposal and electricity available, both for a small fee. Bakery and Edeka are a one-minute walk away.

The site is OK for one or two nights! A little noisy, unfortunately no rubbish bin. I did not use the disposal or water.

Nice motorhome site; we have already used it several times for one night while passing through. It was always clean and quiet. Payment on trust, via envelope and mailbox. We have never used the electricity or water. We’ll stop by again next time. The bakery is very good for breakfast.

Perfect for a stopover. Edeka and bakery directly opposite. €7 fee; electricity costs 50 cents per kWh, paid directly into the power post. Grey- and black-water disposal available.

We found all four spaces empty. So far, so good. However, the electricity post swallowed our coins without supplying power. We are disappointed and are moving on.

We only emptied our grey water and toilet. Everything worked without problems and the station is easy to access.

A superb site prepared by the municipality. Everything clean, with the bakery and Edeka around the corner. Plenty of hiking trails. Highly recommended, though not for people who like it quiet during the day. Quite a lot of traffic, and in the morning the truck came to empty the glass containers. ☺️ Electricity, water and wastewater are easy to use.

Electricity by the meter. Someone comes by to collect the overnight fee. Otherwise, you can put it in an envelope in the box in the middle of the site. Very convenient—you are practically behind the bakery, and a supermarket is less than 150 meters away. We were here in September 2022. Unfortunately, the site is also used as a company parking area, with delivery-van drivers arriving and leaving even at night.

Gladly again! What a discovery: this quiet and safe motorhome site, where I stopped for one night while passing through. Electricity, water and toilet disposal available, with facilities in excellent condition—everything very orderly and well maintained. Clean paved surface. And all for €7—that simply can’t be beaten. Heartfelt thanks to the municipality of Schönecken for this wonderful place!

I have my doubts that the amount of water supplied when filling the tank is correct. A little awkward for emptying the grey water; it is not well designed. Otherwise, a good option for a stopover, with recycling containers right next to it, a quiet area and an unusual village.

Very quiet area for spending the night. The village is very beautiful. There is a restaurant a few meters from the area. You can connect to electricity cheaply and fill and empty your tanks. The area is very well maintained, although it is slightly sloping (nothing leveling chocks cannot fix). The only drawback is that there are only four spaces for motorhomes and the rest are for cars.

We can only agree with and confirm the good reviews. Quiet night, good service and disposal facilities, very fair prices. One star deducted because the site is somewhat too uneven. The leveling jacks had difficulty leveling our motorhome.
