The surrounding area is green, with a field attracting daytime visitors in the warm season. Aircraft may be heard, while occasional evening activity usually becomes quiet around 23 Uhr.

Great place for one night. In the evening it was briefly a little noisy because apparently local youngsters also like to meet here. But it was quiet by around 11 p.m. I didn't hear the planes during the night. Definitely fine for sleeping and recovering your ability to drive. Free.Translating

It borders directly on a field of sunflowers and gladioli that can be picked yourself (€1). So during the warmer months there is corresponding visitor traffic during the day. Otherwise, very pleasant for a stopover.Translating
At the moment, half of the parking area is cordoned off and is being used by a nearby construction site as a material storage area. This meant noise from construction machinery before 8 a.m. Starting and landing aircraft were limited in number.Translating

Stayed the night. Calm, nature, flat, spacious. Very dark.
Nice and quiet place between a residential area. Be aware that you are close to Dortmund Airport.Translating
