Paid parking, potentially unsafe

Someone here doesn't know what post-Soviet architecture is. No, there are many old buildings in the city, but no facilities for motorhome travellers. This place is simply an unsafe car park.✦Translating

Unfortunately, Neubrandenburg is unsuitable as a tourist highlight. No noteworthy infrastructure whatsoever for travellers who want to enter the city!! Apart from a beautiful city wall with four gates in a green park, there is only post-Soviet architecture... a terrible sight... unfortunately, not a highlight for me.✦Translating

We stopped in the car park for a few hours. The area in front of the barrier is explicitly designated for buses, and the area behind it for cars. There were about 10 other motorhomes there. We did not read the small print; perhaps it is tolerated. We took the risk.✦Translating

We have just spent a very quiet night there from Saturday to Sunday. We had to pay €3 to exit, so it is also paid at weekends unless you stay in the truck-and-bus parking area before the barrier.✦Translating

You are surrounded by greenery and quickly reach the old town. However, only the area directly by the city wall is beautiful; farther in, the buildings are a mix of new, old and renovated, all side by side. But walking around the ring road by the wall was very pleasant. The place is actually very quiet, at least we thought so.✦Translating
