Flat wild parking beside an abandoned building, with excellent views over the lake, city and river. The approach is narrow, steep and partly in poor condition, but manageable with a 2wd van; larger motorhomes may struggle. The place is generally quiet, though an elderly local with goats uses the area and the site can be dirty.

this spot is almost as good as it gets for wild/free parking. The view is lovely and since the spot is not that close to anything it's fairly quiet. the road up is narrow, steep and not in great condition but doable with a 2wheel drive van. Sadly the spots further up have been blocked off so this spot is as high as one can go on this hill
Nice place, but an old man with goats lives here. It is best to leave him alone and use the spot a little farther up the mountain.
The spot is a little dirty, as everywhere in Albania, but quiet for the night. Difficult to access for large motorhomes, with a steep and narrow climb. This abandoned villa is known to locals as Shtëpia e Pritjes. It may attract some tourists because it is a point of interest on Google Maps. The police visited; we said we were French and only there to sleep, and had no problems.
Lovely quiet spot in the grounds of a ruined villa. No police. No locals. Just rain. Peaceful spot. Drive up may be a struggle for bigger vans though.
Maps gives incorrect directions on the approach, so you must navigate manually at the end. The final climb up the hill is somewhat challenging but manageable. The view from the top over the city and river is excellent. The police came by twice, but were not interested in us. Very good mobile reception. Lots of rubbish; there are nicer places.
The place is nice but the police came two times at night. The first time at eleven the second time at one o'clock in the morning. They even tried to open the door. At the end they were friendly and there was no problem. We could stay but not nice to get up two times at night.

Google Maps gives completely wrong directions. It is best to drive using only satellite view from the town entrance. A passing shepherd told us that the ruin used to be a Communist villa. Very impressive view! Unfortunately, there is a lot of rubbish and some locals pass by, sometimes very late in the evening.
Excellent view, and the spot is flat. However, quite a lot of locals pass by. Some come quite early in the morning.
