Great huge level site, and you definitely have peace and quiet. You can hear the town in the distance and, above all, the crickets chirping. Mobile reception is OK; I was able to stream a World Cup match without any problems. Please leave the site clean. The ascent up the hairpins at Vaccheria is quite manageable.✦Translating

We passed the fountain but chose to go up above the old reservoir. More space and perhaps farther away from the main track. A quiet and clean spot, perfect for spending the night. Thanks for sharing.✦Translating

Love this spot! No garbage when I was there. Just some old fire pits. No view, but it's in a lovely peaceful forest. Has ok cell service - I didn't trust it to stay for my work Zoom calls and went to an area with better reception. Easy to get to when you follow the prior commenter's instructions about Google Maps. ✦Translating

Don’t trust Google Maps; it shows a complicated, long route. Easy access from Vaccheria (see map), driving up the four hairpin bends. The road is easily manageable for vans/VW buses. Nice view by the fountain along the way, or continue a little farther and park in the forest at the marked spot.✦Translating

Perfectly peaceful place. Google sent us along a road above it, so we followed Waze without any problems. We stopped beforehand near the fountain, with a view over the olive trees. However, between 6:45 and 7:00 there was a procession of cars. Perhaps a construction site above? Before and afterwards, almost nothing. Access is fine, just the first bump at the entrance (Renault Espace).✦Translating

The approach on the gravel hairpins requires a little courage, but is easily manageable (L2H2 van); front-wheel drive is sufficient. You are rewarded with a bright clearing in a pine forest. There is a fountain nearby, currently without water. Good reception. Realistically, 10 vehicles can fit here—but apart from one visitor’s car during the night, we were alone.✦Translating
