Free daytime parking beside the People's Palace and Glasgow Green, about 30 minutes on foot from the city centre. Parking is limited to 2 hours between 9:30 and 21:30, with small spaces and no overnight stay. The location is next to the park, but the surrounding area may look somewhat run-down.

The place looked really weird when we got here: the big building by the roundabout was in a state of decay and we were the only van. There is a clear sign that states parking is authorized for 2 hours maximum between 9:30 and 21:30. We did not feel like staying the night so we moved to another spot
Safe location. 20-25 min walk to town. Park one side on the curb for better levelling. £2 showers 4 minute drive away at 'Glasgow Club Crownpoint' sports centre.
Quiet place next to Green Park. Free parking.
Free parking, small spaces, maximum 2 hours
You can only stay for up to 2 hours now.
Very nice free parking area for walking into town. However, the camper should not be longer than 7 m; otherwise it sticks too far into the road and onto the sidewalk.
So-so: beautiful, but designed as a daytime car park, and I saw a sign saying overnight parking is prohibited. The location is of course excellent, and there is also a large dog area. Not suitable for caravans or large motorhomes.
Perfect place. Quiet, alongside other motorhomes, with a great children's playground and a restaurant and café nearby.
Super! Very quiet; we slept there for two nights. We arrived in the evening and spaces were available. A very good starting point for visiting central Glasgow, with the People's Palace nearby, which traces the lives of residents over the last century and the city's development. The city center is about a 20-minute walk away. Lovely green space for cycling, jogging, and so on. A children's playground too.
