Woodland picnic area, rough access

Picnic area in the middle of the forest. Some tables are a little run-down. There are rubbish bins and barbecue areas. Excellent for lunch and probably also for spending the night.

Very peaceful place in nature, with several picnic tables and working sinks with water. The road to get there is unpaved and somewhat rough.

Quiet place; music could be heard in the distance, perhaps from Norcia, in August. Slight slope, very rough road in August 2025, and unfortunately full of horseflies.

Very quiet place. A structure with two new fireplaces and sinks with running water has been added. The structure is not yet complete.

Nice place, surrounded by greenery and trees, equipped with numerous chairs, benches, tables and grills. Too bad there is construction work and the workers arrive early in the morning.

Beautiful place in nature; we spent a very peaceful night. I’m not giving 5 stars only because of the presence of some extremely annoying horseflies.

There does indeed seem to be work underway on a new 'kiosk', but this absolutely does not prevent you from spending the night here... picnic tables, a BBQ, water, rubbish bins... everything is available. The only downside is the clay pigeon shooting club nearby, but it becomes quiet again in the evening!

Currently inaccessible due to construction work (I think they are adding bathrooms?).

Truly wonderful place! Surrounded by greenery and absolute silence. Dark at night, with the occasional squirrel. The road is rough, so be careful! Shaded area with a barbecue, drinking water and tables for eating. The only downside... endless insects during daylight hours.

We arrived late Sunday afternoon; an excellent place to spend the night in complete solitude and tranquillity. Surrounded by nature, with picnic tables and water available.

Very peaceful spot, surrounded by nature, with plenty of space! When we were there, we were alone. The access road is somewhat deteriorated and not signposted, but it is manageable with good tyres.

A really pleasant night, with a barbecue, covered tables and a sink with water. There are rubbish bins, but we found them overflowing. No one besides us.

Amazing spot and fresh mountain water too :)
