Small, very quiet parking space for two motorhomes in Nordheim, with a beautiful view of Solskjel island. Overnight stays are not welcomed because local residents need the parking spaces. The nearby cable ferry is used by island residents and passes only occasionally.

A very beautiful place. However, we were politely informed that overnight stays are not wanted because locals use these parking spaces. We drove on.
A wonderful place with a great view. We parked directly by the picnic bench, keeping the parking spaces free for island residents and not disturbing anyone. The cable ferry is used by locals three or four times on Saturdays. Otherwise, it is very quiet.
Absolutely fantastic location down by the quay. Space for two cars, but leave room for locals who leave their cars there and take the ferry home to the island! Do not throw your rubbish in the private bins! They are for the islanders, not for us tourists.
Very quiet night. Embarkation point for the automatic ferry to the island, reserved for residents. One crossing in the evening and two in the morning.
