30 San Esteban Auzoa, 20400, Tolosa
Been here?
Free motorhome parking beside industrial units near Tolosa, with free water and waste services. The historic centre is only minutes away, but the area is isolated, littered and considered unattractive. Trains, trucks and road traffic create significant noise. Many spaces may be occupied by locally stored motorhomes, although the maximum stay is 24 hours.

Will give the facilities 4/5 all worked. To find them go to the site, follow signs, then look for the train track. Services are up against the train line. Aire was just parking my some industrial units, not very nice and appeared to be being used by people to store motorhomes.
We did not spend the night; we only wanted to fill up with water, and it is fine for that. Otherwise, it is in a somewhat isolated place that does not look very pleasant, but it serves its purpose.
The photo of a large triangular car park is misleading, the last (5th) picture shows the actual motorhome spaces. If you want a functional place to stay, with free services, here it is. There was a lot of litter when I stayed for the night, and there is noise from the trains.
It is a shame that the parking area, although it deserves credit for existing, does not represent this beautiful, clean town. We did not stay overnight. The place needs a good cleaning to make it more attractive, not to mention the motorhomes that have been parked there for a long time and the trains in the background.
The place is full of campers belonging to local people who stay here for days or weeks. There is even a light truck. Only two spaces were free. Reported to the tourist office, which confirmed that the maximum stay is 24 hours and that the police check it. Haha... There are bins, and the chemical toilet and grey water can be emptied.
People stop in the wrong parking area; you have to go a little farther ahead. Great stop, all services free. The town is a landmark in Basque history and worth a visit.
Really ugly parking lot. Many cars park there, with small spaces. Very uncomfortable. We drove about 15 minutes farther and parked in a beautiful car park beside a green park with picnic tables near Beasain.
The worst area I have ever stayed in. The night went fine, but I would not return; in fact, it is not even an aire, just a car park.
It is one of the most horrible places we have visited. Before reaching the aire, there is a car park where people stay.
Noisy: the train passes right beside it, among industrial buildings, with truck and car traffic. Do not go; it is never worth it. I have never been to an area as shabby as this. It is not suitable even for one night and feels completely unsafe. The only positive thing is that it has free water and waste disposal.
Worthless, next to a circus playing music. I do not recommend it.
Parking near Tolosa station, suitable for visiting the town. We ruled out the aire: it is a real disgrace for a town with so much charm. Water filling and emptying services are adequate. We went elsewhere to sleep.
Enough to spend one night if you do not need anything else. Apart from a few trains that can be heard, it is very quiet here. However, many commuters use it, so it can still be quite full early in the evening and fill up quickly again in the morning.
The location may seem frightening at first, but we spent two nights there without any problem. The available services are free. Tolosa is worth visiting, and the hike to the cross is very pleasant.
Suitable for spending one night and seeing Tolosa: a flat, paved car park with some services. It is municipal and completely free. It could be improved, but it is acceptable. Thanks to the town council for providing a place to spend the night. It is fine as an emergency option.
Dear Tolosa Town Council: This city deserves a motorhome area worthy of it. The current one, in an industrial zone, does not invite people to stay and visit such a beautiful city. With good cleaning, signs, paint, and posters encouraging visitors to discover the city, the experience would improve greatly. Even so, thank you very much for providing an area.
We only emptied and filled up. The area is behind a factory and a wasteland that looks abandoned. I would not have stayed overnight. Nearby there are two more attractive and safer-looking car parks. Motorhomes and camper vans were staying there.
I give it one star because I have no choice. A completely abandoned area, and the surroundings do not make a good impression. I do not recommend it.
Excellent area to leave the motorhome, very close to Tolosa town centre on foot. The downside is that there is train and car noise at night. There are also water filling and emptying services. Plenty of space and well located. Flat.
Night of August 3: quiet and the car park was not very full. It is not particularly glamorous, but it does the job and the centre is within walking distance.
The word rubbish is not enough... This is not a motorhome area; it is the end of a sordid industrial estate of questionable safety. Do not come to this town; they do not want you. I repeat, the area is disgraceful and says a lot about how welcome you are.
It is true that the place is not very attractive. I was able to park in the large car park. But let us be fair and thank the town for providing us with this location, with free waste disposal and drinking water. For one night, I find it sufficient.
It looks abandoned, but it has all the services and we slept very peacefully. Very close to the centre. Cars and motorhomes park in the car park opposite, even though it is not the designated place. Since the town council has provided this site, it is worth using.
Absolutely awful! In addition, the two people who used the services before me threw their chewing gum on the ground. I did not see it and got it all over my shoes! Are we still dealing with this in 2025...? Thanks.
Apart from the fact that it exists... 12 spaces, 12 motorhomes, and that is it. You do not even want to linger; it is not welcoming at all.
I do not understand how such a place can exist. It is more of a storage area. We then left in a hurry. It is disrespectful to tourists.
Not very attractive, but this motorhome area deserves credit for existing. Fresh, grey, and black water services. Quiet and flat. Behind the permanent circus tent (if it is full, there are spaces in the car park just before it). A 15-minute walk along the river to the old town centre, the market held on Saturday mornings, and so on. An unusual and lively town with good, inexpensive tapas bars in the evening.
Completely occupied by Spanish motorhomes that stay there all year, leaving no space for visitors, and nobody does anything about it. Shame on the municipality.
The aire is not glamorous, but it is quiet and practical. Tolosa was a lovely discovery. A very pleasant village that is worth visiting.
After following signs through a very busy very winding route we found the circus taking up the whole area!!!!!
It is appreciated that the town has a motorhome area, but it is very dark, dirty, and unpleasant. We did not stay overnight.
Unremarkable parking lot, not too far from the town centre, unfortunately partly occupied by motorhomes parked there year-round. It deserves credit for existing; we spent a quiet night.
