Wood Nook Caravan Park

The food is really lovely on site. There’s a nice dog walk where I was able to let the pooch off the lead. The facilities were clean and warm. The owners and seasonal residents were really friendly. I feel it would be a very long walk into the village, but there are some lovely walks nearby in the countryside or around a nice old quarry. Levelling ramps required.

Spent three nights with our motorhome here and great little site. Toilets & showers very clean and all services available including black waste and laundry. Plenty of walks available in this stunning picturesque location and both Grassington & Linton falls are both walkable if you fancy the trek. 30 min bus journey to Skipton from the stop nr the Shell garage is worth the trip - great little town

A very beautiful and clean site with a very friendly owner. We had plenty of space on perfectly mown grass, with electricity included. The showers were very clean and warm. A wonderful farm site in the middle of the Dales.✦Translating

Popped in to ask if we could pay for black water disposal and water fillup. The price given was £20, "the same as an overnight stay". When I said this was normally about a fiver, he said his price was cheap as in season prices go up and it's £30. He then watched from the window, presumably to make sure we left without stealing any water! We had been polite and friendly. Odd.

We stayed here on 21/3/25 in our motorhome. There is a slight slope on the gravel pitch. Toilets, showers, toilet waste disposal, fresh water, and grey-water disposal are all included in the £26 price. You only need to buy a £10 electricity card, and you are refunded for what you do not use. We used only 15 pence overnight. Friendly staff, quiet night, and easy to find because brown signs point the way. Laundry available.✦Translating

A beautiful campsite with excellent sanitary facilities, where the heating is even on in summer. Friendly owners, and electricity charged according to usage. Really excellent. Beautiful public walks from the campsite.✦Translating

It doesn't get much better! Beautiful, idyllic, and absolutely peaceful location. A huge enclosed wooded area where dogs can run free. Clean, good showers and toilets. Very friendly and helpful welcome. We would return anytime.✦Translating

what a lovely little place toilets and showers was spotless owner was helpful we really enjoyed our stay here and price was good 20 quid camper no electricity will definitely be back
