Unfortunately now PROHIBITED! There is a sign at the parking area stating that OVERNIGHT STAYS OF ANY KIND ARE PROHIBITED! It is only posted at the parking area, so think carefully before paying the toll. We went there at night, paid the toll, and then had to turn around!
