Unnamed Road, LA12 8LL, Ulverston
Been here?
A small working-farm campsite beside a river, with hot showers, toilets, washing-up facilities, a freezer, microwave and kettle. A stay costs £20 for two people and a van, and the site is about a 5 minute walk from The Eagle's Head pub. Two hard-standing pitches are open all year, while the fields are open 1 April to 30 Sept.

Lovely location and very welcoming hosts. Did exactly what it said on the tin and was very good value for money at £20 for the two of us and the van. Would happily recommend.
gorgeous little campsite!! there's little pitches with pits to have a fire. the showers are lovely and hot and there's toilets. there was a food truck there but wasn't open when we got there. was £20 for the night. right next to a river and there's a few tree swings so cool. brilliant
I think “campsite” should be used very loosely. We turned up in the dark and rain with no one around to advise where to go. Realising they had sent a message we tried to find the spot we were advised to park. The road had water filled holes everywhere and the toilets were not close by. It wasn’t ideal for our campervan, we left immediately!
Nice little set up on a true working warm. clean hot showers and clean toilets. washing up facilities. Parked next to the river on hard standing area it is a bit of a walk to the toilet block though. looks like fires are allowed but to wet for us. I'd guess open year round we are here 30th Dec. charged 20quid for 1 night 2 people in a camper.
Highly recommended! Nice farmer with many sheep all around the farm. Very peaceful here, in the middle of nature. On Saturdays, his daughter cooks dishes such as chicken or vegetarian curry. Pizza is also baked on Saturdays. Beautiful area for relaxing and walking. I was here with my dog and would very much like to return. I paid £15 per night for myself, my camper, and my dog. Shower included.
Great 2 night stay, surroundings are beautiful and my daughter loved the mini Shetland pony! Payed £11 per night for one adult and one child so an absolute bargain!
