Harbor parking, limited toilets

We were there at the beginning of May and, after a brief conversation, were sent to the parking spaces by the road, where we had a quiet night. Supermarket and café directly across the street. The toilet was still closed, with only a portable toilet available.✦Translating

You actually cannot park in the yacht harbor lot, especially when it is full of yachts. We tried and were sent to the paid motorhome area directly next door.✦Translating

We spent a quiet, pleasant, and safe night here. Plenty of space, even for large vehicles. If you park somewhat away from the others, you will not disturb the many local anglers.✦Translating

Great place at the harbor where camping is tolerated. We stayed for two nights, always being considerate of the locals. Supermarket, clean portable toilet, beach with a bar, and restaurant—all within walking distance. Definitely visit the bakery and have dinner at Engure Café. Around the corner is Unda's flagship store from the fish-canning factory, with a wide selection of Diplomats canned goods. Give something back to the town and leave the beautiful place clean.✦Translating

I don’t think any thing has changed since other comments. Looks like it was a EU funded project a few years ago that’s a little tired but slept well and near to nature reserves no problems

As shown in the photo, driving farther is prohibited. Therefore, turn left before the sign, and you also won't get stuck in the sand. The shed on the beach was somewhat noisy at night, but it did not bother us much.✦Translating

I had an almost perfect night here. Supermarket nearby, two nice restaurants, a beach where you can kitesurf and find a quiet cocktail bar, and a lovely little village. You can hear seagulls and the quiet activity of the harbor. Very nice here; I would come again!✦Translating

Stayed many times there and threre are my favourite place to stay overnight in all Latvian seaside. Nice view to the port and sea. Beach nearby. Clean toilets. Coffee machine and grocery store 100meters from there.
