This wild spot has flat ground reached by a narrow paved road, with access to a dolmen and nearby walks. It is quiet but completely exposed to the wind. Continue a little after the half-turn for views over the lake, Bugarach and distant Château de Quéribus. Traffic may be restricted in summer because of fire risks.

Nice spot, quiet but not sheltered. Starting point for some lovely walks.
The place is fine, but it is on an open area where you are completely exposed to the wind, and here it is difficult to have a windless day. We came, saw the dolmen, had coffee, and are leaving to look for a more sheltered place.
At the top, near the dolmen, there is a very beautiful view of Canigou in the distance. On the other side, after driving a few meters, there are a few spots with views of the lake. Indeed, be careful with fire; the area is rather arid and traffic is regulated in summer.
Great place with a very beautiful view in a quiet location. However, it is rather unsuitable in strong winds because the site is on a plateau.
