Good motorhome area with electricity and waste-water disposal. It also has a drinking-water fountain. There is a playground in the area. Fully recommended!

Quiet area near the town and near the Adda River. About ten parking spaces. Since the area is near the river, there is a little noise at night. There is also a small equipped playground for children. Camper services are paid and accept coins only.

€2 to rinse grey water, €2 to rinse black water (if that is enough for you), €2 for perhaps 30 liters of water (an average camper holds 100), €8 for electricity. I completely agree with paying for services! But do not advertise it as a free area just because sleeping does not cost anything!

A super-quiet overnight stop, lulled by the sound of the river. The area is clean, well maintained and surrounded by greenery, with a cycle and pedestrian path along the water. The village is just a short walk away, although it is very quiet and lacks major services. One detail to consider: the camper parking area is slightly sloped, so get out the leveling blocks! Overall, a pleasant place.

Very nice views and walks. Water at services not working, but there is a tap in the corner of the play area. (Please don’t use for toilets as this is an area for children.) Waste bins and free WiFi. NB: Be careful when arriving from the SS38 as sat nav might take you on a road under a low bridge. Instead follow the “Area camper” road signs which show a safe route in. Thanks to the municipality.

A beautiful place to spend the night, with everything you need, and staying overnight is free. One very minor criticism: the photos really do not show what the place is like; based on the photos alone, I would not have come here.

Peaceful and quiet night, but illogical management. Parking is free, yet the paid services do not work (we paid for water filling and rinsing in vain). It would be better to charge a flat fee and maintain the facilities. It is absurd that the camper spaces are sloped while the car spaces are level, exactly where the electricity pillar is needed. On the positive side, there is a playground at the back, much appreciated by my daughter. Three stars.

Very quiet and the river is not loud. It was sunny, which was great for us because we were able to generate plenty of electricity.

Excellent place. We spent a very peaceful night here. There is little traffic and you can hear the river rapids a little, but they did not bother us.

Congratulations to the municipality for organizing a stopping area in a beautiful location near the Adda River, with spaces for campers and cars. We did not use the services, but they are paid, while parking is free. Beware of the sat-nav, as others have already mentioned: it takes you to the low underpass. We came from Aprica; you have to turn before the Google sign.

Thank you to the municipality! A paradise for us; we ended up staying six days because of the rain. Extremely peaceful. A few meters from the Valtellina trail. Services available! Be careful when arriving via GPS, as there is a width restriction; once you reach the town, follow the signs!

Free area but with paid services, clean and level, little shade, far from the main road and therefore quiet. Warning: the sat-nav may take you along two roads. Via Streppona has a narrow, low underpass where not even a van can pass, so you must come down via Via Stelvio, where there is a level crossing.

The water flows very fast, and the sound it makes matches its speed. The area is quiet. We are here on Sunday, so the construction work did not bother us, but it does not seem finished. Warning: Waze took us through the village. We managed to get through, but only just.

Construction work is currently taking place. Apparently the site is being expanded westward to add some pitches, and I think a fee will then be introduced. Unfortunately, there is no opportunity in the village to spend money to help finance the costs; that is only possible in the associated districts. And as always, a hidden gem eventually loses its magic.

Good place to spend the night, with a children’s playground. There is currently construction work in the adjacent car park, starting around 8 a.m., and at the grey-water disposal point. We did not need to use electricity, but there is a paid hookup for it. The work will probably be finished by the end of June.

Beautiful area, quiet at night. The stream makes some noise, but it was fine. We turned the van around and put the bed on the side opposite the stream. However, the parking layout should be changed: put motorhomes where the cars are. The car park is level, while the motorhome spaces are sloped. Beautiful view. There is a fountain in the children’s playground. Thank you to the municipality for this area.

A lovely place to spend one night or more. Water filling, emptying and electricity are all paid services; with €1 I filled 50 liters of water. Wi-Fi is available. The power sockets are only in one part of the parking area, so if you do not park nearby you need a long cable.

I give it four stars because it is a beautiful, peaceful site with services. The sound of the river did not bother us, and we had a wonderful encounter with a couple from the Graubünden region.

We only stopped to eat, but there is no sign saying that overnight stays are prohibited. There is a kiosk bar, visible in the background on the left of the photo I uploaded, temporarily closed; a sign says that a grant has been awarded for its renovation. There are stone barbecues with grates and benches with chairs.
