Clean reserve area, narrow pitches

We parked here for one night to visit Lake Como and its surroundings. The space is a little small, so we put the table and chairs behind the motorhome. Bring 50-cent coins for a hot shower because the manager is not very friendly and has no change. The toilets are squat toilets. Everything else was functional, with a small bar in the afternoon and evening.

The site is wonderfully located for enjoying a one-kilometer bike ride directly along the shore of Lake Como. Two minutes from the beach. Very clean sanitary facilities, and free cold showers are also possible. The pitches are very narrow, but you can sit comfortably behind or in front of your motorhome when it is not too busy.

Automatic entry through a barrier. For €25 per 24 hours, it is fine. There is little space, but it is perfectly adequate for one night as a stopover. The toilets resemble French campsite toilets. Anyone comfortable with a squat toilet will be satisfied.

Very nice, well-located and easily accessible site. We spent one night there. It was clean, the pitches were spacious and mostly shaded, all services worked, and the sanitary facilities were clean. Nothing to complain about; it was perfect.

It is difficult to find camper areas this complete. For €25, including electricity for 24 hours, you get toilets, showers (50 cents for 3 minutes), water filling and drainage, chemical-toilet disposal, a dishwashing sink, a bar, and direct access to the beach. I only deduct one star because of the loud traffic passing by, as it is located on the road.

There are clean toilets and showers. The showers cost €0.50, but you can also shower for free with cold water. There are enough rubbish bins and payment is easy. A two-minute walk leads to access to the lake, although it is shallow there. The parking area is next to the road, so it can be somewhat noisy at night.

Practical motorhome site. Everything you need is available. However, the pitches are very limited in length and width, making it almost impossible to extend the awning. At €25, it is at the upper limit for what is offered. The nearest shop and restaurants are about 3 km away.

Excellent camper area, very quiet and clean, with all the necessary services. Hot showers cost €0.50 for three minutes. Toward the end of June, a bar managed by Alberto, a wonderful person, will also open. Through the rear gate there is a splendid cycle path, and the Mera River is excellent for fishing and canoeing. Highly recommended.

A nice camper area with around 20 pitches, fairly close together. Some pitches have partial shade, though a few trees are quite low. We fit under one with our 2.9 m camper. Beautiful mountain views, a field with horses, and a small river behind the bushes at the end of the site. The area is reasonably level. We arrived at 2:00 PM and easily found a pitch.

Good parking area with everything needed. I am not giving five stars because the hot shower costs 50 cents. The price is good, but no hot water came out, so the money was wasted. Otherwise, an excellent, well-organized place.

Beautiful and convenient, lacking nothing: toilets, showers, and dishwashing sinks. Automated parking area; you have to check in by scanning the QR code at the entrance. Direct exit onto the cycle and pedestrian path toward Sorico and Gera, very convenient. Hot showers cost 50 cents, but we could not use one, probably because the hot water is generated by solar panels and we arrived after dark.

Such a gorgeous location, right on the path alongside the river to lake Como and next to a field with horses with the their foals! We weren’t bothered by the noise from the road at all and the 3 minute long shower for 50 cents was plenty warm and long enough! Also a very easy entry and payment system like a normal car park where you just scan your ticket to pay as you leave. Definitely recommend!

Strengths: Lots of space on grassy pitches. At the end of the site, a beautiful cycle path takes you to the lake. Sanitary facilities functional and clean. Needs improvement: the registration system is very complicated; you have to scan both sides of your identity document. Also, noise from the nearby road.

Beautiful location with superb views! It is right next to the road, but traffic is very light at night. The sanitary facilities had no toilet paper, and recently you have to pay €0.50 for three minutes of hot water, but everything is very clean.

A beautiful site. At the showers, it does not matter whether you put in €1 or 50 cents; both give you three minutes of showering.

You can choose the parking duration by the hour. When entering the area, go straight ahead and take the lane in front of the showers; the other one is one-way in the wrong direction. You will find a small toilet for emptying your toilet. Then follow the lane to the waste-disposal and water-filling platform. This is more hygienic.

A very beautiful, small site with everything you need. We serviced our tanks here and had two very quiet nights. Reasonably priced and in a wonderfully beautiful setting. The mentioned road is busy during the day, but there is little traffic at night. The surroundings are excellent for cycling and exploring. Also open in winter.

Completely automated camper area. I paid only €15 because the toilets were unavailable. The water filling and drainage area is somewhat inconvenient.

Parking area in a clearly tourist-oriented location, strategically situated although somewhat noisy due to traffic, but overall fine. New shower and toilet cubicles in 2026, a little small but clean. Direct access to a cycle path. Above-average price, though still cheaper than campsites.

The area is a few meters from the cycle path, ideal for a weekend at the lake. It has all the essential services. Before arriving, I read reviews reporting problems with the entrance barriers. I can say that, at least when I arrived, everything had already been fixed. Normal access and no problems.

I stayed at this facility last night and found it convenient, practical, and efficient. Earlier reviews mentioned problems with the access barriers due to a road accident, but I can confirm that when I arrived everything was working perfectly: the barriers had been repaired.

We wanted to service our tanks here and possibly stay overnight. However, the entrance barrier cannot currently be opened; all the technology at the barrier was destroyed in an accident. The lady on the phone was very helpful, but had to contact a colleague who would open the exit barrier. We thanked her but declined and drove on.

Excellent site, €25 for the night, nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money compared with the nearby campsites. Great location, admittedly close to the road, but traffic is lighter at night. Beautiful gravel walk starting from the site. The owner is exceptionally kind. Thank you.

It would deserve five stars, but only four because of the noise from the main road and partly because of the price. However, everything is clean and organized, and the cycle path along the lake is beautiful. It is worth it.

Quiet area beside the road but without too much noise, with a picnic area and the same services as a campsite. Direct access to the cycle path shared with pedestrians, leading to wonderful swimming areas and as far as Domaso, about 7 km away. We stayed two and a half days for €66. The showers operate with coins: 50 cents for three minutes, with plentiful hot water.

Very good site for one night! Clean sanitary facilities. When entering, drive far enough toward the barrier to take a ticket. An extra e-bike charging station is available by the lake.
