This small gravel car park near the beach is suitable for daytime parking only, not overnight camping. Police have recently required campers to leave, with parking reportedly limited to 6 hours and restricted to the gravel area. The beach is less than 50 m away, with a daytime toilet building, cold outdoor shower and drinking water.

Small parking area, perfect for the night, fairly level and quiet. Sanitary facilities by the beach with a shower and swimming access.
Clean parking area near the beach. We felt safe and slept well. There were several "neighbors" who also spent the night there. Everything was very quiet.
Very nice parking area. I stayed here in my car for two nights. Very kind "neighbors," beautiful beach, clean toilet facility. If you want a shaded spot in summer, come a little earlier; from around 9 a.m., all the shaded spots were occupied. I can only recommend it!
Great parking area for visiting the beach in Sønderborg. In summer, with good weather, many swimmers come, so be aware of that. Beach toilet facility, outdoor shower, and drinking water worked perfectly.
We arrived at night while passing through and spent a relaxed, quiet night here. Safe, small parking area. The well-maintained beach is less than 50 meters away. In the morning, some cars arrived to park for jogging, but everyone was friendly.
We stayed two nights in the gravel parking area. There are very clean toilets at the bottom of the slope and a cold shower with disabled access. A great, very quiet place at night, somewhat busier during the day because many locals come to enjoy the excellent, well-equipped beach. A few minutes by bike from Sønderborg city center.
We parked on the gravel and stayed overnight with another motorhome without any interruptions. Lots of locals also use this parking area, so expect cars, walkers, cyclists, and school groups.
At 8 p.m., the police politely asked us to leave because camping is not allowed there. Apparently, parking is now limited to 6 hours, and if parking, it must be on the gravel area rather than the grass on the left. We then continued to the next spot under the bridge.
Very nice; toilets and a shower are not far away.
It would be a nice parking area if it were not occupied by tables, chairs, and loungers belonging to people who arrived earlier.
Very nice place—we spent a quiet night. Beach with toilets and an outdoor shower not far away. Locals use the parking area to go swimming.
I was there from September 23 to 24. Very quiet, very clean toilet, and I was alone except for parked cars. Beautiful view over the fjord.
The parking area is great for a stay by the sea. It is free, and the toilets and shower (cold water only) are perfectly adequate. However, we decided not to sleep there because the beach is very busy on weekends and the parking area was accordingly full. We looked for a quieter place.
Very nice area for parking overnight. Enough space for locals to use it too. We stayed here for one night for free. A few meters from the beach and a public toilet.
Excellent shaded place with gravel and grass, few spaces, no services. The beach is a 5-minute walk through the forest. There are clean toilets on the beach.
Beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature. The beach is 5 minutes away. You can take lovely walks and photos.
Nice quiet place. Toilets on the beach and a bin for small rubbish.
We spent a very quiet night here. During the day, the parking area was heavily used by cars. It is on an obviously popular jogging and cycling route and near a sports school. The view of the fjord and a nearby beach with good swimming access and a public toilet speak in favor of this place. We recommend it.
A very beautiful, quiet parking area on the edge of a residential neighborhood. You can hear the sound of the waves, which is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the internet reception is not very good.
