Unnamed Road, 74230, Le Bouchet-Mont-Charvin
Been here?
Relatively large, flat parking area and departure point for hikes to Lake Charvin. It can be busy, with many cars, and several spaces are sloped. The approach is narrow, winding, and difficult for two vehicles to pass, but it is suitable for vans. Nights can be calm, and several hiking routes start here.

Many cars, but the parking area is relatively large. The climb is very narrow, making it difficult for two vehicles to pass each other. Perfect for vans. Several hiking trailheads.
Great experience: very calm and peaceful place, perfect for resting and reconnecting with nature. Peaceful night. I recommend it!
We slept here for one night so we could go hiking in the morning. Very popular area for hiking, with many cars parked there. There are many sloping areas, so you have to look around a bit. It was a pleasant and quiet night. The approach is on a rather narrow road with many bends.
