156 Viale della Vittoria, 36045, Lonigo
Been here?
A flat gravel parking area near a supermarket, dog area and cycle path towards the Berici Mountains and Lonigo’s Venetian villas. Recent reports say the area is neglected, with no functioning water, electricity or drainage, and overflowing bins. The adjacent road is busy from early morning, and cricket activity can start at 6:30. It is usable for an overnight stop, but currently offers only parking.

When we arrived, we were “helped” to enter between cars parked everywhere, only to receive a cricket ball on the side of the camper as a gift. Apparently, the parking area is their shooting field. Guaranteed wake-up at 6:30 a.m. by the local team. If you love cricket, it is the right place; if you love your motorhome, not so much.
We stopped for one night. The area is not bad, flat and gravelled. The facilities were not working, unfortunately. The adjacent road is fairly busy from the early morning, but earplugs meant it was not a problem. I would stop here again if passing by.
Nice and quiet place to stay, although neglected. Effectively, there are no services here: water doesn't work, electricity doesn't work either. WC drainage is clogged, thus everyone is flushing toilets to the gray water dump, which got clogged as well
Notice: parking is allowed in the area, but the water service, drainage, and electricity do not work. Dated 27/11/2025.
Slept here first. You can hear the traffic. The spot on the bench in the sun is lovely. What is not good are the overflowing rubbish bins and the grey-water drain.
Very nice motorhome area, but it is a shame that the services are not working.
The setting is magnificent, but none of the services work and the rubbish bins are overflowing. Strange. In the end, it is just a car park.
Flat and relatively quiet, except when someone mows at 7:30 in the morning. Services and Wi-Fi are not working. Good initiative, but it needs maintenance! (More important than mowing the lawn, after all.)
We are sorry to see the motorhome area in such a state. There is no electricity. The grey-water drain is blocked, as is the black-water drain, which also smells bad and is full of worms, with no possibility of using the water. We had already been here in July and liked it very much, but in this condition, and with the crowds of people and cars coming to watch the cricket match on the nearby field, it is unusable. What a shame!
The motorhome area is okay, but there was no electricity. It was deserted, far from everything, with a busy road alongside. I turned the motorhome around and left.
Excellent area for sleeping and resting beside a large green meadow and walking area. Water, electricity, and bins. Thanks to the town for this wonderful area. Please keep it clean.
Very convenient for spending the night. We arrived quite late and there was still space. Some traffic on the nearby road, but nothing disturbing. Grey-water disposal, electrical hookups, and paid water fountains available.
Clean, well-maintained site, permanently lit. You feel very safe. There is a fenced dog park with water. We were travelling with a rooftop tent and just managed to fit into a gap. The only drawback is that it is fairly noisy because of the adjacent road, which unfortunately can be heard all night.
Motorhome area with excellent potential, but completely exposed to the sun for much of the day. Adjacent dog exercise area and a beautiful cycle path along the river. Only the waste disposal is free, but it was slightly blocked when we used it. Recycling bins are available.
Good place to stay overnight, very peaceful. We did not try to use the services.
Great little spot on the countryside outside of town. Only one space open though on Friday night. Many trash cans, grey water dump, but the electricity was not working to plug in for us. Slightly slanted parking but feels level. 2 bar reception. No walkable to a toilet. No shade. Nice for a night.
Lovely little area; there were three motorhomes and the night was very peaceful. Thank you to the municipality.
We were lucky that one place was free. Electricity cost €2 for 8 hours, a reasonable price. We got water for free at the rest stop across the road.
In theory, a great place, but unfortunately it was completely covered in rubbish, and a youth hangout also made itself heard through the noise. The fenced dog area was completely filthy as well. Basically a great place with lots of potential, but on our day it was more or less a disaster. So we drove on.
A few designated spaces, but when there are more cars, people park wherever they can; there is plenty of room. Free grey-water dump, rubbish bins, and toilet dump. Water and electricity are paid. It is supposedly beside a road, but there is little traffic and none at night. Very good GSM reception, and a dog park with a water tap.
For a free area, you cannot ask for more: clean, green, lit, close to the town, and with spacious pitches. Paid water and waste disposal and electricity are available.
Well-maintained, level pitches in a quiet, tidy area. €2 for 8 hours of electricity; water filling and waste disposal €5. In the cold season, the water is turned off, but the drinking fountain in the nearby dog park works. On Sundays, the nearby field comes alive with Indians playing cricket. It is pleasant to watch them and learn the rules of this little-known game. Thanks to the municipality.
We stayed for one night while passing through. Quiet and peaceful before work activities began.
It’a a nice location and a nice town to visit. Close to a busy street. Services do not work! Locals use the trash bins to dispose their trash thus overflowing. WARNING => at night three people came and parked right next to the camper and tried to rob us. When they figured we were inside and awake they fled and so did we.
Clean surroundings. Grey-water and toilet disposal are available, but the water does not work at all. Visited on 26/10/2024.
The place is fine, but beware of cricket matches on Sundays; you are surrounded by people. The water does not work.
Quiet area with six motorhome spaces, with waste disposal and electrical hookups. Cycle path and close to the town centre. Approved.
New and pleasant area. It does not have many spaces, although they are flat and well marked, but we spent the night there alone. I give it four stars for lack of shade. If the trees had grown and provided some protection, I would give it five stars. Thanks to the municipality for thinking of us.
Well-organised area. We did not use the electricity or waste disposal because we stayed for only one night while passing through. A few minutes from the very nice historic centre and the cycle path.
Next to the cycle path, with a short walk to a lovely town. Free except for electricity and waste disposal, neither of which we used. No shade at present; the trees will grow. Some dog-park users early in the morning and at night, but generally very peaceful. We were alone. Five pitches.
Perfect. Very quiet and pleasant. There was space when we arrived at 10 p.m. on a Monday evening. Notice to travellers who have just passed through: we found a cuddly toy, a large cat. It is waiting for you there on a bench.
