Been here?
A free, spacious dirt parking area in front of a mosque, with no services apart from a rubbish bin. The centre is about 20 minutes’ walk away. Traffic can be noisy, but recent stays describe the night as generally peaceful; the call to prayer is heard early in the morning.

Simple parking lot, but a quiet night despite the road noise. About a 20-minute walk from the town center.Translating
Decent parking lot by the mosque. No facilities apart from a bin. You can easily get a good night’s sleep here.Translating
Nothing has changed, still a good spot for a night
Large unpaved parking lot. Fine for one night.Translating
It is good to go visit the city, the bridge and the museum. But quite noisy at all time .They honk before crossing the bridge. As day parking it is good and seem safe, lot of cars. At night, it is empty. Problem is that i think someone tried to get in in the evening, i heard then check from my back window there was a guy against the back doors of my van! I scare him off, so be careful
Convenient for one night. It was a little noisy from traffic at first but became quieter later in the evening. The call to prayer was at 5:30 a.m., which was fine—it is all part of Turkish culture! Just a free dirt car park, which we preferred to one of the paid lots in central Edirne.Translating
It is not paradise, but it is very good for one night.Translating
