Forest parking, highway noise

Hiking trailhead parking lot. We spent the night there; practical and not far from the motorway exit, which can be heard a little but is not too bothersome. There is quite a lot of rubbish left by hikers who do not respect the site. We were two vans that evening.✦Translating

Dont sleep there! Its true about strange cars. It looks like a place of illegal bussiness, you know what i mean… there were two cars and the persons inside got off the car and when they saw us they got in and then got off when another car come. And another nice come in the middle of the night. Lonely Man with local registration sitting in the car in the middle of the night. You know.

The parking lot is good. I stayed there for two nights without problems. In the morning, you are undisturbed until about 8 a.m.; then the first walkers arrive. But you can definitely hear the motorway.✦Translating

After a hike, we drove to the parking lot in the evening intending to spend the night there. Ultimately we decided against it because strange people were parking there on Friday evening. One man parked his car directly next to us even though there was plenty of space. He stared at us constantly. Other men, alone in their cars, also parked briefly. We felt unwelcome. The sunset was really nice too. The motorway was not bothersome at all. Unfortunately, we never got to sleep. The first car that arrived in the dark was okay. The second car, however, stopped in front of us with its lights on and kept flashing its indicator at us. It then drove away, but came back and roared across the lot with squealing tyres. Hiking parking lot on the edge of the Deister. Very quiet at night in winter. Rubbish bin available. Motorway audible. Access to the parking lot is paved. Ideal for dog owners. Please leave the place clean!✦Translating
