25 Heilooër Zeeweg, 1934 PZ, Egmond aan den Hoef
Been here?
Small rest area opposite Texaco, useful for daytime parking, cycling and swimming at the sea. Parking is free, but overnight stays are prohibited throughout the town. The main road to the beach can be noisy, while the beach and Egmond centre are 5 minutes away. An AH supermarket and petrol station are across the road.

Excellent as a daytime parking area for cycling or swimming in the sea. However, overnight stays are prohibited throughout the entire town.
Good for free parking; we were not sure about spending the night.
Stayed for 2 nights and took our bicycles to the beach. Ok to sleep and use as ”basecamp” for bicycle exploration nearby but the place itself is quite boring. Seems like the locals use this place to park their cars etc. for the day. Since it’s really hard (and expensive) to park at the beach.
With the front of the car facing the fields and trees, you have a view. A good free parking place for one night, with an AH supermarket and petrol station across the road. At night it is restless because of the main road. Five minutes from the center and beach of Egmond and the promenade.
Good place for one night. Somewhat noisy because of the adjacent road, but there are no parking fees. We had a great view of the flower field.
