This paying motorhome area is beside the Rhine, with river views and a supermarket across the road. Overnight parking costs 7 EU, but trains are noisy throughout the night and cars sometimes occupy motorhome spaces. Access is limited to 3.0m at the normal entrance or 3.5m on exit. Grey water disposal and non-frost-proof water are available, but there is no toilet disposal.

Excellent for visiting Koblenz.
noisy trains all night, otherwise peaceful. supermarket across road. views of rhine. cars parked in motorhome spaces. gray and black waste down same drain, wouldn't use water for drinking.
nice view on the Rhine. 7 EU overnight. Close to railway, some noise, 5 mins to Vallendar station, or 1.5 hrs walk into Koblenz. Bike path all the way to Koblenz along the river. We walked in and caught the train home to Vallendar 5 euros each. Pitch is in a Public area car park, Youths sitting talking next to us until midnight, no trouble but slight noise disturbance. Good spot.
The Rhine promenade is newly designed and very beautiful. The motorhome area is usable again, but there are only a few spaces marked for motorhomes, often occupied by cars. Water and waste services are available again.
Motorhome area directly on the Rhine, unfortunately beside the railway line, currently restricted due to construction work.
The motorhome area is closed for an extended period because of construction work.
