This is a secluded daytime parking area near the water, with a quiet small beach and a pleasant sea view. Parking is free, and the beach is about 50m away; the ferry quay is around 10 min away. Overnight parking for campers and motorhomes is prohibited from 20 - 8 Uhr. A public toilet is available, although it has previously been locked.

Very nice place to relax after arriving from the ferry or while waiting for the ferry. Overnight stays are actually not allowed; we stayed here the first evening because we misinterpreted the sign.
Beautiful access to the sea and perfect for a short stay! There is also a toilet, and it is very clean.
There is now a sign prohibiting overnight stays: no parking for campers and motorhomes from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Quiet little beach.
Solid spot with excellent access to the “fjord” and a swimming area. The toilet was currently locked, as of July 10. Please leave the place clean and tidy!
Daytime parking only, even though there is no sign prohibiting overnight stays. A resident told us that the neighborhood wanted to organize a petition to ban motorhomes from the spot because they use the parking area to access the beach below.
Great place after the ferry, with a view of the sea and less crowded than the first spot directly by the ferry pier. Only about 10 minutes from the quay.
Great spot! Nearby we found a wall for bouldering and climbing, and we were able to go swimming.
We arrived after the ferry, and there were already seven other vehicles there. One space remained, but the place where you park is not really nice. You only get the great view about 50 meters toward the water. You also have to drive completely through a residential area and park almost right next to the houses. It was too close for us, and the view was not that great either, so we drove on.
One of the best spots we had in Norway. Free parking in the area of family hauses. 50m to the beach with benches and tables. Free public toilet. Nice hiking trail with the view to the bay.
