Been here?
This is a small, slightly inclined paid car park near Playa de los Muertos, where overnight stays are currently possible. The latest reported charge is 10€, and the access controller may wake you at 8:30 and ask you to leave by 10. There are no services, only dumpsters. The setting is generally quiet apart from passing road traffic.

No services, somewhat sloped. We spent the night because we arrived late and had no problem. The only drawback is that at 8:30 the parking attendant comes asking you to pay. He does not care about anything else.
This morning at 8:30, the people controlling access woke me to say that I had to leave at 10 a.m. and park opposite because this area is smaller and only for cars. They were already charging €10 today. I asked whether I could sleep there, and they said they did not care; sometimes SEPRONA comes and issues fines, but nobody knows when. They were friendly.
Off season is free. Good parking close to Los Muertos beach but overnight stay is now allowed.
Good day parking. Free off season.
Excellent view and great hiking trails. However, I would not spend the night here alone.
No charge during low season and pretty empty too, but small so I imagine it would fill up quickly during the summer
Still no charge. Fairly small and fills up quickly. We fitted fine with 8m AC but it might be tricky to manoeuvre when full so park with exit in mind.
Quiet and peaceful place to park with nice view of beach below. Wear sturdy walking boots to go to beach below due to loose rocks and stones. No parking charge in winter.
Please do not leave anything around. We left the baby stroller with two jackets inside at the Mirrador and went ro the beach for an hour. It was gone. I know it's our fault, but we did the same 100km north from here and nobody touched anything. Bear in mind, there are not good people around....
Excellent place. No payment required, presumably outside the season. The Guardia Civil came to the parking area around 11:30 p.m. but only checked the license plates of the Spanish cars still parked there.
Good for going to the Playa de los Muertos. No shade. 5€ and a 20min downhill walk to the beach. Dont wear flipflops and think about taking food and drinks with you.
Dirt parking area, with no maneuvering problems. There is always movement, so it is usually watched. Go early because it fills up quickly.
Parking for access to Playa de los Muertos. I recommend going early, around 9 a.m., to get a good spot, as it is long but narrow. We did not pay because nobody was collecting tickets yet in early July. If you cannot find a spot, Playa del Corral, just down the road toward Carboneras, is also spectacular and has plenty of space. Overnight stays are not allowed in these parking areas.
Good parking for visiting Playa de los Muertos and the lighthouse. In high season you have to pay €5. Spacious and level.
Basic parking lot. Zero facilities. Trails (somewhat steep) lead down to the Playa de los Muertos, which is a beautiful beach.
Free in the low season, but very narrow for motorhomes.
Good parking area for visiting the beach. It is definitely worth visiting—absolutely beautiful.
Beautiful view. Access to Playa de los Muertos. Free in the low season.
Free after October 1. Choose the one on the right.
Good views and perfect for spending the day at Playa de los Muertos.
Paid parking, €5. Arrive early; it fills up. 800 meters downhill to Playa del Muerto. Natural area to the west, with very clean, transparent water. Carboneras thermal power station to the east.
