Unnamed Road, İstanbul, Falkirk
Been here?
A large free car park at Falkirk Stadium, around 2km from the Kelpies and suitable for visiting them on foot. The area is generally considered safe, with advice to park behind the stadium near the training pitches. Recent overnight stays have been badly affected by boy racers, loud exhausts and burnouts until around 2.30am.

Only recommend if desperate. Boy racers hooning around until 2.30am and not not after that you get the early starters passing by with their loud exhausts. If you are planning on stopping, go right around the back of the stadium where the training pitches are.
Parking near the stadium, excellent for visiting the Kelpies. Noisy at night because young people race their cars. Safe.
Stayed here for a night and felt very safe. Walked up from here to see the Kelpies. Lots of rabbits along the way. Nice walk.
Park up itself no bother, the only issue was the boy racers till 2am. At one point I thought I was in silverstone not Falkirk ? friendly staff at the stadium and even though the boy racers was in the main carpark they didn’t cause us no hassle we felt safe.
large space to park and walk to the Kelpies. says the gates close at 9:30 but didn't and just had boy races making noise until late.
We spent one night here. It is a large parking area; from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., some young people were doing wheelies. We left the area where they were racing and went behind the grandstand, where some buses were parked. We were then peaceful and had a good night. It was free. The Kelpies are 2 km away. Beautiful walk through the park.
Free parking. According to a staff member, you only need to park overnight on the side with the gray surface, not the red paving. The barrier is closed between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. The Kelpies are a 10-minute walk away.
When we went to see the Kelpies, we parked here. Quite a lot of space for a motorhome, and we enjoyed a walk through a large park before reaching the Kelpies. You have to like walking.
A great parking area for visiting the Kelpies. We spoke with the woman who closes the barriers, and she said staying overnight was no problem. She simply locks the barrier and you remain inside. Bear this in mind in the evening so you do not get stuck.
Here on a Thursday in June. Gates did not close and the driving of the hatchback fanciers got more dangerous and more erratic as the night went on with rolling burnouts taking place right in front of our van until 1am. Great for a day visit, but I wouldn't wish an overnight on anyone but the deepest of sleepers and most trusting in the driving skill of Falkirk's youth.
I parked my van here last night, and it was quite noisy due to boy racers until 9:30 p.m. However, once the gates were closed, the noise level decreased, and the road noise was barely noticeable.
