Flat, unrestricted car park beside SuperValu Stadium, with no height barrier, gates or signs forbidding overnight parking. Recent stays were quiet, although the area is active during the day with sportspeople, walkers and cyclists, and access may be difficult during works or events. A park and lake are adjacent, while the River Lee and cycle path are 100m away. Cork city centre is about 15 minutes by bike or 40 minutes on foot.

Convenient for stopping and visiting Cork. It is a 40-minute walk, or you can take bus 202 or 202A from a little farther away. It is possible to sleep there. No prohibition and no barrier. It was not a match day.
Apparently, with no event scheduled today, it is an ideal place to spend the night peacefully.
Construction or a change of direction meant we could not get there. Yet there was no match or other event. We drove around many streets, but there was nothing we could do.
Fantastic place to stop. (As long as no events on at the stadium.) I stayed for two peaceful nights. Next to a park and lake to visit and relax by. The River Lee and cycle path only 100m away. Great buzzing pub only a 5 min cycle ride away and Cork city centre about 15 mins by bike.

perfect spot to stay the night if you visit the city
Perfect spot for Cork city. Stayed two nights. Very quiet. You probably would not get in if there were an event.
Fabulous overnight stay. Thank you! Great for dogs. Very quiet and respectful. Great coffee shop near by called Cortado. Highly recommend it too.
