Marina area, tiny pitches

Disappointed. The stay was booked for three nights. When we arrived, the place was infested with ants, making it impossible to sit outside. It is more of a car park than a motorhome area, so we contacted Camping-Car Park to cancel and book a stay at La Turballe instead. No refund for the stay.✦Translating

Convenient for visiting the city, quiet at night. Very small spaces requiring several maneuvers to enter. No possibility of putting out a table and chairs.✦Translating

This is a long, narrow area along the water and a stadium. Boat users come to board early in the morning, and everyone passes through day and night—bicycles, mopeds, and so on. No room to put out an awning or chairs. A little difficult to accept when it is paid. Close to cycle paths leading everywhere.✦Translating

Very well-located area, allowing you to visit Le Pouliguen or La Baule on foot or by bicycle. Shops nearby, with the Le Pouliguen market on Friday morning. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. Quiet at night; we spent three wonderful days.✦Translating

I have a 6.40 m van and it just fits. A vulgar, sloping car park; frankly, for the price it could be better. Its only advantage is being 10 minutes from the center. Useless; I will not return.✦Translating

Beautifully located pitch on the riverbank; you park one behind another along the wall. All facilities worked perfectly, and the beach and center are easily reachable on foot.✦Translating

This motorhome park was excellent. There are no showers but just offsite there is a 24 hour toilet. The vans all park in a line and there were some passersby and bikes. You look over to the river and it was nice to see many cormorants drying themselves! Short walk to the prom at La Baule, and plenty of lovely cafés and a great beach. It was busy even tho it was mid October. Great motorhome park.

This is the least glamorous area we have used in our five years as motorhome travelers. It is sloping, so we needed leveling blocks. The area is not far from the seafront and shops, but be aware that some shops are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, while others that open in the morning and at lunchtime stop working from 3 p.m.✦Translating

It lacks greenery, but it is quiet and clean. It is mainly close to the town center—you can’t have everything.✦Translating

We went there for one night. It looks more like a car park than a motorhome area. But there is electricity, water and waste disposal. It is 10–15 minutes from the town center by bicycle. Not far from the port of Le Pouliguen–La Baule. Good location.✦Translating

Good for a quiet night with a view of the boats. The only drawback is having to parallel park along the wall; some long motorhomes with bicycles sticking out cause an obstruction.✦Translating

You should have put the motorhome spaces on the boat side instead of having them stuck against the wall, one behind another, especially for the price!✦Translating

The place is awful, competing with Casalborsetti! Everyone is lined up like a convoy, facing the low wall of the football field, with the smell of urine. It is also very hot. No awning, and ants everywhere as if I were in a forest. But it is Ferragosto, so let’s celebrate.✦Translating

Expensive area, staggered spaces, no possibility of putting out tables or awnings. It's more of a car park with services than a motorhome area. What's more, it's far from the town center; allow an hour's walk.

Very well located and quiet, close to the equestrian center with direct access to the marina.

Another Camping-Car Park area that's too expensive for the mediocre location—just another cash grab.

By the water, not much space, very difficult to park between two motorhomes. What a shame.

Superb area, very clean and comfortable, with a view of the pleasure boats. Pleasant town with shops and fish markets.

The space itself is acceptable, but nothing special, along a wall. We were unlucky that night: there were activities on the water alongside the boats, and we had to endure compressor noise at force 10 all night without interruption. So for us, this is a very negative experience.

Avoid for now: work is being carried out in the canal directly in front, day and night. The noise and vibrations are very difficult to live with. We stayed one night but escaped at the first opportunity. Otherwise, the area is rather dreary despite the pleasant view of the harbor.
