Mugairi-Otsondo-Orabidea, 31715, Baztan
Been here?
A peaceful, shaded parking area in nature, with mountain views and good spaces, some requiring chocks. It has picnic tables, a barbecue area, sink, toilet and recycling containers. Water is available from taps but is not potable, and the toilets are not always well maintained. The site is beside a road and provides access to nearby walks.

Perfect area for spending the night while visiting the entire Baztán region; it is close to everything. There is plenty of shade, tables, barbecues, sinks, and toilets.
The only drawback is that it is close to the road. Otherwise, very good.
Perfect for resting during a heatwave, with good shade and tables.
Spectacular, many thanks to whoever is responsible.
We slept wonderfully. The area is idyllic.
Pleasant area, very quiet, we slept well. There were six motorhomes. Very peaceful, with a superb view of the mountains and hiking trails. Only one car came at 10 p.m. to empty its bottles.
Beautiful views. Picnic areas, bathrooms, bins, and a barbecue area. There is space for washing dishes, but the water is not potable.
Good place to rest and eat outside at its stone tables. If we keep the area clean, we will continue to be allowed to stay.
Nice, quiet parking area in the middle of nature. We spent a very peaceful night with two motorhomes and vans. There are some toilets, but they are not very well maintained.
One of our favourite park ups right before the border or just after depending which way. Sadly toilets arnt the best but still usable. Great walks around and peaceful. Wild horses and views definitely recommend. We travel from uk to Spain often
Very quiet night. The morning sun gives the place a certain charm. No services, just a few taps with non-potable water. There are waste containers and picnic tables.
Great views and an excellent place to base for hiking. water is available but it’s not drinking water. Plenty of bins too. I stayed for two nights, and on the first there was quite a lot of noise during the night from who I assume are locals, but nothing the next night.
This location is no longer a motorhome area but a picnic area. The ground is limestone; there is no water or waste disposal, only toilets, tables, and a barbecue.
Spectacular place, with toilets for emergencies, water, and bins. It is also a picnic area. Around ten motorhomes can fit.
Nice place to spend the night, with a covered cooking area, beautiful hiking trails around it, and relative quiet. Clean toilets.
Nature, peace, good views, and many hiking routes from there. Level ground. No services. Places like this are appreciated, given the limited choice in the area... let's take care of it! We parked without problems and were the only campers there besides one other. We imagine parking will be difficult in high season or on weekends, as there is not much space.
Perfect for hiking. Quiet at night. Do not arrive too late, otherwise it will be full.
Ideal place to spend the night. Bathrooms, barbecues, bins, and more. Quiet location with walks and beautiful villages nearby. Take care of the place.
A good place to spend the night. However, if you arrive late, there may be no spaces left. Very quiet, with rubbish bins and a barbecue nearby. Highly recommended for one night.
Good, quiet area.
A 10 out of 10. You can wash dishes and barbecue if you bring a grill. It has rubbish bins and toilets, but they are neglected; otherwise, everything is great.
In the middle of nature; it gets waterlogged when it rains. There are toilets, but they are neglected. Quiet for sleeping.
A pleasant and peaceful night was spent here
We spent the night here; very peaceful.
We only stopped to eat, but it is perfect for spending the night. There is a fountain (although the water came out yellow, so we decided not to drink it), a sink, barbecues, picnic tables, a toilet and rubbish bins. It is right next to the road and surrounded by trees. There is a trail that starts there and looks quite nice.
Perfect for sleeping. When we arrived there was no space because we were late, but two campers made room for us to park. There is a barbecue area, sinks for washing dishes and a toilet. We slept very peacefully. Thanks for this area!
We spent one night and it was very good. There are toilets; the only thing is that there are many hiking routes, and very early people started arriving to practise this sport.
Well-located site near the French border, peaceful and ideal for cycling or walking.
Free area with no emptying or filling services. There is a picnic area, barbecues, sinks and toilets, although they are not very well maintained. Overnight area for no more than 15 motorhomes, peaceful except when some anti-campers decided at 4 a.m. to drive around honking and insulting those of us who were sleeping.
