17 Rue du Port, 43110, Aurec-sur-Loire
Been here?
A shaded campsite on the edge of the Loire, with broad riverside banks reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes. It has sanitary facilities, a snack bar at the entrance and pitches, although the site can be busy with long-term mobile-home residents. Recent stays found the sanitary facilities clean, but the road above can be noisy and morning activity may begin around 7:30.

Decent and shaded campsite, which is important at the moment. Clean sanitary facilities. Snack bar at the entrance that is very useful.Translating
Very large, well-shaded campsite. Sanitary facilities are fine, but the permanent mobile-home residents get up early and make a lot of noise doing DIY or talking on the phone from 7:30 in the morning, Sundays included. There is also constant car traffic throughout the day, so ask for a spot far away if you want to sleep in.Translating
Very clean campsite. The road above is a little noisy, but the Loire below is worth a lovely walk.Translating
The only positive thing about this place is the price: €13 for one night in a motorhome for two people on 30 August. As already described, the sanitary facilities are in a catastrophic condition—old and poorly maintained. The site is almost entirely occupied by long-term mobile-home residents. The small kiosk where you can get a drink in the evening gives the same impression.Translating
Run-down campsite almost exclusively for mobile homes, busy road, nothing particularly appealing except the banks of the Loire. Extremely busy at weekends. It can be useful in a pinch, with card-operated entry.Translating
The site has seen better days. Old, poorly maintained sanitary facilities. No toilet paper and no hot water at the sinks or washing-up area. Directly beside a heavily trafficked road.Translating
Good clean facilities with a good pitch and nice views. Came at the end of season and it was great so I ended up staying for 3 nights. The walk into town is enjoyable and the town offered lots of variety. Thanks for staying open so late I. The season!
Old and cold sanitary facilities (drafty), but clean. Levelling is almost essential for motorhomes. Avoid spaces along the road, which is very noisy. Note that the service area is no longer operational. It does have the advantage of being open until 15 October and is fairly shaded.Translating
Lovely site within walking distance of town. Beautiful sights and a nice walk down to the river. Clean and tidy sanitary blocks, with a small bar and restaurant on site. You can order fresh bread at reception for the following morning. The owner sticks to the opening hours. Reception closes from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., but there is a large car park where you can wait.Translating
