A wonderfully beautiful place with a perfect view. In the evening the fire brigade came, but only spoke briefly with us and wished us a pleasant evening. Nevertheless, we did not feel welcome among the villagers and had to leave early because we were watched both in the evening and the next morning. Wonderful place with a wonderful view of Split. We stayed here for one night and went hiking in the mountains the next morning. Very beautiful! Amazing spot!! A little difficult to reach, but the view makes it worthwhile. Absolute peace, with a view of Split and the Adriatic. We saw no prohibition signs. The hairpin bends were manageable with my 6 m panel van; anything larger requires driving skill and a pill to calm your nerves.✦Translating

When we arrived at the village below the spot, we noticed that Google Maps told us to finish on foot because of a closed road. We were already on a residential street and a local told us that the road was not closed. We preferred not to try it, as the climb is already long and we had missed the sunset. Easy to get to and well worth it. Go through the car park and there is another bigger area to park. Over looking Split. Great walks also and 2 bars in the wee town. Would definitely stay here again and totally free without worry. A bin and clean.

We arrived around 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening. A few locals were enjoying the view there. They did not seem unhappy and only warned us about a small group of young people hanging out farther away; the rain drove the group away. The police passed with their blue light flashing, probably on patrol, around 9 p.m. without stopping. A quiet night and beautiful view guaranteed.✦Translating

Beautiful view & good opportunities for hiking – but in the evening cars kept coming & going and around midnight someone shook our van. We assume to check if we have an alarm system & to possibly break in.
