About 200 m farther toward the beach there are safe spots where people have been coming to overwinter for years. Quiet and safe.

In winter, overnight stays are tolerated here. The police drive past daily and say nothing. The only problem is that bicycles are stolen here almost every day.
We did not sleep here, but we live here. This is the designated camper area; the regulations state that overnight stays are permitted only. NO CAMPING—no taking things out, that is. Maximum 72 hours.
Throughout the town there are signs prohibiting motorhomes, with fines of €201 to €500.
