Been here?
This is a quiet dead-end parking area beside the canal and moored boats, with walks nearby and two petanque courts. Recent reports say there are no utilities. Illegal camping has led to police intervention and complaints from residents, so the location is currently unsafe for overnight stays.

Unsafe! Residents take photos and call the police. The police come and issue a report/paper: illegal camping on a public road! Campers leave excrement and rubbish behind, cause noise nuisance, and take illegal electricity from residents! They lift the barrier, park on private grass, and behave terribly. Understandable after the mass camping and the failure to remain inconspicuous while exploiting and abusing the location :(Translating
Quiet night, just a few inland barges. But they were interesting to watch. No utilities.Translating
A wonderfully quiet place, but without facilities.Translating
Called here as it looked nice however the bar only open Thurs to Sunday so couldn't ask anyone about stopping as it was Wednesday .We're going to stop however on translating the comments written by open/ closed on this site which mentioned the police decided to move on. Could do with more verification on if it is or isn't ok to stop when bar not open.
No problem at all spending the night here. It is very quiet. Nearby, at the boat called De Gevaer, you can have a nice drink. You can also take beautiful walks here.Translating
