Storesund Båtforening is a quiet, paved marina car park approved for overnight stays, with a pleasant harbour and water outlook. There are no disposal facilities or other facilities that could be found, although electricity is offered as an extra in the app. Recent comments report a price of 250 NOK, while 100 NOK is still accepted through Go Marina. Cars may occupy spaces and block access to electricity.

It's still 100NOK if you use the Go Marina app. It's basically a car park, but official as an overnight stop, and it's quiet with a nice outlook (even in heavy rain). No facilities that we could find, although electric was an offer in the app. Suited us fine for a night.

A quiet night sleep , nice location . I had to download an app to pay and register to pay by card but it was straight forward . It gives an option for electric on the ap but didn’t use as it was an extra 100 nok and we didn’t need it .

Great stop, relatively quiet. It can get windy. Nice view of the harbour with different ships going by. Pay by GoMarina, and 100NOK cheap for the privilege to park here.
Very nice place on tarmac. View to Karmsundet and lots of shipping trafikk with Haugesund in the background. Kr 100.- is a very good deal.
Sadly, our visit mid-June was a very different picture to the early images posted here for this park up. Despite the motorhome sign, all the parking was taken up by cars making access to EHU impossible. So this is something to factor in. That said, it was a lovely place to stay for 100NOK payable on the GoMarina App. It says there's WiFi here, although we found no signs to indicate passwords.

Lovely quiet spot. The nearest grey and black water disposal point is at the Esso garage in Avaldsnes just a few minutes away.
