1 Piazza Goffredo Mameli, 90141, Palermo
Been here?
A relatively large parking area with access roads suitable for reaching it, but it is frequently crowded. Parking may be occupied by residents, requiring use of a sloping side street. Traffic and noise can continue late into the night.

It is crowded all the time
We arrived late in the evening after the ferry. All spaces were occupied by residents, so we had to use a side street. The road slopes sideways, and it was very noisy with lots of traffic until late at night
Looks good after all the other parking areas we've seen. Free electricity. Free water (not drinkable). Free toilet emptying. Shower €1. Total cost €25.
We stayed on Via Garzilli near the little square from December 30 to January 2, right around New Year's, but it was a quiet place to sleep. You only pay on weekdays. Following the entire length of Via Libertà and Via Ruggero VII takes you to the city center. There are buses too, if desired
At 10 a.m. on Saturday there were enough parking spaces. A Lotto kiosk for buying tickets is two streets away
