Vault, 44390, Nort-sur-Erdre
Been here?
This shaded riverside spot beside the Erdre can accommodate 4-5 well-parked vehicles and has a picnic table and bin. The ground is fairly flat, with cows in the neighbouring field and a bridge over the river nearby. It is usually very quiet, though there is some daytime traffic and occasional morning road noise. Large motorhomes are not recommended, and wet ground risks getting vehicles stuck.

Very quiet and isolated place, shaded, with a bin and picnic table. Cows in the neighboring field. I took a peaceful nap there and thought I would stay the night. Unfortunately, a really strange and suspicious man came to talk to me for over an hour without being invited. As a woman alone, I preferred to leave and find another place.
Nice spot by the water, but quite a lot of traffic during the day.
Very, very quiet place. I slept here during the day; it was so pleasant and peaceful. Nicely shaded, perfect when it is hot. I recommend it.
Very quiet place; feel free to move around the grounds if you need a signal.
We spent a very peaceful night here; there were no other vehicles. There were a few distant barks and bird calls, but nothing problematic. The place has a picnic table and a bin, and is more or less level. A nearby bridge crosses the Erdre and adds a lovely character to the whole setting.
Beware in rainy weather or when the ground is waterlogged: there is a high risk of getting stuck.
An 8-meter motorhome can make it. Under the trees, so there is no sun for solar panels. Very little network coverage.
Quiet for spending the night. Road noise in the morning. Decent, level and clean place, with a bin available.
