Large parking, occasional night noise

This large parking area has two lots, one with potholes, and accepts all vehicle types including trucks. A playground and skatepark are beside the parking, with partial shade from fir trees. A pedestrian path brings regular walkers, and traffic on the narrow road can be noticeable. The area is generally quiet, though occasional groups of young people may make noise at night.

Very large space. A small pedestrian path runs along the edge, with quite a few walkers. A group of young people made some noise during the night, but overall it was calm. Visited on a weekend in May 2026.
Probably intended more as an emergency overnight spot. There is quite a lot of traffic on the narrow road. We stopped briefly and drove on.
