9-11 Georg-Eydel-Straße, 97082, Würzburg
Been here?
A large free parking area suitable for day and night stays, about a 10 minutes walk from Würzburg city centre. There are no services, but the site offers plenty of space and can be quieter when parked in a corner. Noise varies from relatively quiet nights to loud music from nearby events, sometimes late into the night. The parking area may be unavailable during festivals or other events.

It will be closed because of the festival from June 23. Excellent parking area.Translating
We were very surprised by how quiet the night was. The parking area is close to the center. We were genuinely skeptical and pleasantly surprised!Translating
It is okay for one night! Noisy and uncomfortable! Just a parking area, and the pitch is equally uncomfortable!Translating
The place is not particularly romantic, but reasonably close to the center and quiet.Translating
Very large free parking area, also very busy, at least during our visit. Until 11 p.m., loud music from a large fair taking place nearby along the river could not be avoided anywhere. The rest of the night was fine. Fifteen minutes from the city center. No services.Translating
Nice large area with plenty of options for parking a motorhome. No parking fee.Translating
Loads of space. Close to town. Free. Will update after our nights sleep. Bright lights might be a bit strong at night if you don’t have curtains or eye masks
Construction; the parking area is nearby.Translating
Excellent park-and-ride parking area for an overnight stay; five minutes by bicycle to Würzburg.Translating
Perfect for visiting the city (we did not sleep there). Close enough to walk into town, with a pleasant walk along the water. A bus stop right at the parking area takes you to the fortress above the city for €1.60 (bus no. 9). Plenty of space, including for large motorhomes.Translating
Large parking area, very convenient for reaching the center and walking to the castle via a lovely route. The only drawback was music until 1:30 a.m. from the nearby park, and it was a Tuesday; I don’t want to imagine the weekend. However, those parked by the river for €15 had the same problem, which comforts me because I did not pay.Translating
During the Africa Festival it costs €10 per day, and overnight stays are possible. Otherwise, a nice location with a view of the vineyards and relatively quiet.Translating
We spent one night here. It was quieter than expected throughout the night, even though the circus was still set up on the site.Translating
We stayed here for one night. The road is somewhat audible, but not as much as expected. Although a large area was occupied by the Christmas circus, there were enough free spaces to choose from when we arrived at noon. Good starting point for walking into town or to the fortress. The toilets were closed.Translating
Huge parking area for cars and motorhomes. It has several zones, but motorhomes and campers of any size fit without space problems. Perfect for visiting the city or spending the night. There is a bar that gets lively on weekends, but if you park in the farthest section, you cannot hear anything at all. You are in the historic center/city center in ten minutes. Free public toilets. Easy to maneuver.Translating
